Hoping to string together a few good winning sessions/days to start making some progress in terms of results. Internet's been playing up all day which is **** and inhibiting me from grinding. Hoping to get some decent volume in tonight.
Logic in hand 1, call because relatively small 3b and deep. Flop is ez call obv. Turn imo his range is like AA and draws , I expect most to x AK at some stage. Wp by villain tho I guess lol
A3 is spew. You are turning your hand into a robust-like hand when you call pre, which isn't bad, but it means you need to be disciplined postflop and fold before the river. If you can't, your call pre is going to be losing money.
AK should just be an xb ott. You are ahead of so much stuff and have far better hands to bet with.
villain should prob check 100% on the turn there, but if he has a small betting range of pure AA and bluffs then obv this is a better bluff catch than Jx.
AK you prolly induced it, so idk maybe call or something
Do you think it´s the wrong approach? I´m a nl20 player myself and i really like his thread. What should he rather do? His goal is to move up so why shouldn´t he try to get as much knowledge/skill as possible right now?
Trust, I play the most non complicated 25 strategy of anyone ITT. Every so often there's a hand like the above and I think it's fine tbh. If it's trash, i want to hear about it but I want good reasons why.
Good to know in not the only one! I see regs in the pool with 700+bb and one bloke yesterday with 1300bb and I'm just here wondering where all the run good at :')
