thanks for the love guys! ul ending but im very happy with the run/experience and the fact that I get to play a game for a living! there was only 1 hand i regret all tournament (possibly 2) and I'm extremely happy with my play overall. Held my own against some top notch players and had fun along the way. Time for the Stars party tonight and then some R and R before my flight home on Monday.

I'll be back to answer above posts/do a more thorough update and talk about a few hands from the trip as well when I get back to Canada on Monday. Thanks again for all the support!

It's All Part of the Journey

"It's all part of the journey" were the words my friend texted me as I was on my way back to my hotel room, tilted, after busting a bajillion bullets in some 200$ live bowl comp at Turning Stone in New York. I was super frustrated as I was in the midst of a decent sized downswing and even some of the "fish" in that tournament were laughing at me for how many bullets I was in for. It almost felt like there was a midget under the table rigging the deck against me every hand.

These words kind of hit me at the time and I've started using that phrase quite often, in any type of life variance. Ya know, it's funny that poker and life are just a big journey down a long, long road. Along this road there is going to be ups, downs, bumps, potholes, mountains, ice, snow, and everything in between. If you really ride every single high and low in poker you are going to be in a mental institution by 30. You can't always win that 6 figure equity coin flip, or bluff catch with the correct frequency, or make the correct assumptions about a villains range 100% of the time...it's impossible. These ups and downs are how we grow as a player and as a person.

There was quite a few people that messaged me saying "unlucky so sick" or "I feel a tonne of pain for you" type thing (there was also heaps of positive encouragement etc). I appreciate this stuff a lot.

However, I just want to say that the PCA was one of my first goals when I was starting in poker. Honestly, I was out there living one of my earliest poker dreams just by being there. Whether I cashed the main Event, bubbled payday or the FT...it was all a dream a few years ago. The whole thing was an awesome experience and basically a freeroll to begin with. I'm lucky enough to play a game for a living and to have lived a few of my dreams in that game, highs and lows are all part of it...it's all part of the journey!

Hey guys, as you can probably notice I haven't been doing regular updates in this thread thus far into 2018. This is partially because I told myself I want to "do more" as opposed to "talking about doing more" this year, and partially because (regretfully), I just really haven't been caring about much at all.

Yes, I've been very busy with PCA for the first few weeks and dealing with holiday celebrations etc but my overall effort has just been abysmal (aside from putting a valiant effort in two live poker tournaments.) To sum it up: workouts have been non-existant aside from a few hockey sessions, the diet has been pretty trash, and the days where I've played online poker my effort has been probably a 6 or 7/10.

I wish I could sit here and say I've put in my best effort the first 3 weeks of 2018 but I'd be lying and I need to hold myself accountable for my lack of effort. It's weird that I know exactly what the top 3-4 most important things are to me to get completed...and judging by my actions you would probably say they are the least important things to me.

So, following this post I'm going to reach out to some therapists or whatever in my area and schedule an appointment with them ASAP. I think getting some professional advice will really help with motivation and getting back on the path.

I've ****ed up and it's time to get back on track. Enough.

If you made it far enough through that above passage of a tilted rambler, feel free to read the next little bit about some thoughts I've had in regards to poker strategy in the last while:

A lot of players seem to be enthused with the stat metric of "BB/100". In reference to big blinds earned per 100 hands. This is definitely a very good stat (over a large sample size, and in cash games especially). There is no doubt that positional BB/100 is also very important as you can tell immediately if you are leaking money from a certain position based on how much you are winning compared to other regs.

However, I want to say that this stat is so far away from determining who the best regs are a lot of the time and here's why:

1. Difficulty of tournament and structure of tournament will drastically skew your BB/100. For example in the Big 11 some dolt might punt in 5k @ BB 30 w/ AQo and give your AA a free double up, whilst making your BB/100 skyrocket. However, in a tournament like the Hot 109 where the field is far tougher and Avg. stack is only ~20bbs a lot of the time it is difficult to get the inflated BB/100.

2. BB/100 is a stat that favours early tournament stages and is highly weighted from early tournament stages. However, in tournaments most of the money is made in late game. BB/100 does not factor in ICM punts or payjump ladders etc. It is solely in regards to chip EV. Let's say you are final 9 of the Sunday Storm and have the same stack as the chip leader. You raise/call him with AJs for a 30bb rejam. Your BB/100 will barely take a hit here because you are only 30bbs deep to start the hand and have reasonable equity vs his jamming range....however, the times you lose you can potentially be punting 100s/1000s of buy ins to the tournament. So when stacks are worth several thousand dollars in an 11$ buy in, your BB/100 will barely be shaken, but you just made a multi thousand dollar punt...and that hurts your bottom line more than anything.

All I'm saying is that BB/100 is a good metric to get a rough idea of how you are performing by position or overall, but don't forget how the result can be biased and how end game is the most lucrative in tournaments (even though Avg. stack is sometimes only 20bbs).

Hopefully that made some sense. I'm quite ill and very tired. GN guys have a good week!

Yaooooooooo

Hope you guys are all doing well. Just gonna come in for a quick little update and possibly a little random rambling if this medicine don't put me to sleep first.

What have I been up to? Well, I've been very ill for about a week now which sucks. Had a pretty bad fever/sore throat/congestion/headaches etc so that's left me confined to the borders of my couch glued to the show "Narcos". May or may not have caught some Zika while in the Bahamas! Aside from all that I've tried to mix in a few poker sessions which have been fairly uneventful and break even more or less (played well though and lately have found some cool stuff in tournaments which I'm excited to test more).

I think I mentioned before that I was seeking some guidance and someone to talk to regarding my lack of motivations with fitness/nutrition as of late, or even just someone to vent to a little bit. Anyways, this was my first session with the councilor and was a lot of ice breaking conversation. He rose some good points such as stating that I'm not a lazy guy because I've clearly put in work playing AAA hockey in the past, getting my Uni degree, and having the success in poker that I've had. Moreover, he said it's more a matter of finding what motivated me to obtain those accomplishments and applying that to healthy living. He also said that it's important that I eventually open up more about my life because he needs to find deep rooted reasons as to why I may not value my health as much as I should. This is going to be very difficult because there is just a few things I'm simply not comfortable talking about with anyone, let alone a stranger.

Going forward I decided to book 5 more sessions with him and at the very least I'll have some accountability with the healthy living aspect of things. Got a few exciting weeks coming up as some friends have birthdays, I have a birthday, WPT Fallsview, and some other good live poker stuff. Overall, feeling quite good and a lot of my goals are just around the corner from being completed (if around the corner means 3-12 months of very dedicated work). So ye....time to put in some man hours and live the good life!!!

P.S.: Gonna leave a little bit of food for thought in regards to poker mindset below...hope you enjoy/take something from it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Biggest Mindset Mistakes Holding You Back From Crushing Poker:

1. It's all runbad and variance why I don't have success: You hear this everywhere from the village idiot in the 1/2 game @ Harrah's casino all the way to guys who have been grinding MTTs online for 10 years. Everyone thinks they are a hard luck story and does not want to take ownership for their failures. Until you have game selected your best, grinding with your A game consistently for months, swapped several hand histories with high level players, analyzed your database etc etc don't complain about running bad. Instead of blaming everything on variance, ask yourself "how can I improve for next time?" Putting in our best effort is all we can do and in the long run this is how we are rewarded.

2. Closing your mind to the opinions of other players (especially those better than you): When a player with better results than you suggests an alternative line or strategy, do not brush it off and ignore the advice. Try to figure out why they think this way, or just ask them Way back in the day when a top reg told me I was probably losing a lot of $ opening Q10o UTG, had I listened to him that day...I would have won/saved a lot of Sklansky bucks. It's funny how our egos protect our actions and decisions so much to the point that it can literally be the difference between being ok at poker and crushing poker.

3. Thinking you are entitled to play in certain games. Have you looked @ a sharkscope sample of the top regs by game in hots/turbos/hypers lately? When they are winning @ a 5% ROI, why does anyone even bother playing these games? So many players crush low to mid stakes tournaments and then have punted back so much of their profits in games where they have -/0/marginal skill edge.

Picking long term +EV stocks is one of the keys to the stock market. Why does everyone seem to **** that up so badly in poker? It never makes sense to pay EV$ to load a tournament, unless you like lotteries, then go buy a ticket to 6/49 instead.

In general, about 80% of Sunday grinds involve losing money. I guess if I was to look at today's grind optimistically coming out in the positive would be a big plus.

I played very well today for the exception of 2-3 hands which were maybe small-medium sized mistakes and then one big blunder in the Sunday Warmup for a chip lead pot. To be honest the spot was super gross against "takechip" and had I folded river (like I should have), I still would have had 20 bbs and my tourney life. Unfortunately, I bet/called the river when it was a very easy b/f or x/c.

Had so many nice stacks today and deep runs including a 10th place in the Sunday Kickoff. Jammed A5s from the SB for 15bbs and called by 22 from the BB, flop 5, river 2. I guess just the fatigue of running deep everywhere and losing that crucial all-in on FT bubble may have weighed into the quality of my decision in the Sunday Warmup. No point crying over spilled milk and it's important I bounce back this week.

My game is really peaking now and I'm feeling amazing the way things are progressing with poker. Feeling almost 100% again (was sick for the last 10 days or so) and will kick off the new week with a run for some healthy groceries and a workout. The first month of the year was not great from a balance perspective but I have some plans in place to make sure February is GTO.

I've had a lot of thoughts lately about putting more effort into these posts or this PGC because lately have just not had the motivation. Maybe I'll think of some stuff to do to make it a little more entertaining rather than a lot of ranting...although it's nice having a space to clear my head and get some feedback on it

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want to help my friend get his stream up and running he is more of a recreational player right now but he has built an awesome stream lab. So I'll probably hop on call with him while he streams one day this week and we'll just talk about random stuff/maybe review some hands etc/you guys can bring some hands if you want me to look over em for a second opinion.

Would love it if you guys tuned in and gave the first stream a little love! Cheers!

Got in a decent sized session today and my efforts got punished with nothing but run bad and losing every pot I played. Played decent, def screwed up a couple hand but such is life. Here's 2 hands I wanted to post from the ST today which might be of interest:

https://www.boomplayer.com/26717071_1B796150B9
This hand is against a very solid reg. I think pre flop we should mostly be calling here and not doing a tonne of folding (right?). In terms of 4b/ bluffs when we are in position here which hands make the best candidates? Presumably IP this type of hand we always want to call? Thoughts on flop peel? I guess the biggest question is our river decision here: Should we be turning this hand into a bluff? I feel like the villain probably double barrels most of the hands that I beat, other than that I feel he has lots of 1 pair hands. Just not sure if we need to be bluffing our ace highs here.

https://www.boomplayer.com/26717092_D63BF5CF8E
This hand is against a more aggro/loose reg. Thoughts on flop peel? Felt like I can make him fold a lot of A highs on the turn with this sizing and would def be value betting all my pairs on the turn with this sizing as well. Guess we have to shut down river as played?

Thanks for any thoughts y'all can provide.

PS: Got back in the gym today and had a really good workout with some healthy meals. Feels good to get back in there and convinced my friend to sign up as well so will have good for motivation. Made a prop bet with a friend that I have to go 4x/week for a month or else have to pay him some $. Gonna be a long road to where I want to be but I'm gonna love and enjoy every ****** minute of it.

Thanks for reading and GN!

A3s - Never folding pre. Suited wheel Ax make the best 4bet bluff candidates in these spots. However, I think we can actually play this type of spot with little to no bluff frequency as SB is rarely 3betting to fold 100bbs+ deep.

QJo - My least favorite hand to call a 3bet with, just fold to the 3bet as you can get yourself in a lot of trouble in these spots postflop deep stacked. I dislike the flop peel as V as a range advantage on this flop and it's going to be hard to blow him off the hand on a lot of turns as in theory, we don't have many value combos that bet the turn. Turn bet is fine as played, river we have to give up, this is the nut worst river to bluff at.

Not that i play these games/bins or anything (actually faaaar from it lol), but i will just comment on the hands as i found them interesting.

I mean i couldnt agree more with trent on the whole analysis of the QJ hand. I just hate to call pre with these kinda hands (QJo, QTo, KTo) esp vs lag regs, as in many cases i will have difficulty to completely realize my equity soon enough, which can be quite costly, so i woulda just fold pre there.

Fwiw if i do decide to take a flop, im pretty much done in this flop, even if it seems weak-ish in your eyes.

On the other hand, i cant see my self folding A3s OTB with these stacks and most proly call the cbet as well (even though i dont adore flop texture vs SB 3bet range). Turn is pretty bad and with this SPR i am just looking for sd/done with it.

Anyway just my opinion based on my pool's tendencies and plays. I ve never played so high to actually know these spots well vs aggro/ballsy/deep thinking oponents, but just felt like sharing in here

Keep it up buddy!

Cheers!!

@Trent: Agree with you on never folding pre and that we should be mostly calling here and having a small bluff frequency. However, I do think we should have some bluffs as we will also be 4 betting some hands for value (some combos of QQ KK AA AK etc). I also think not 4 betting enough allows villain to 3 bet us relentlessly. Obviously, from an exploitative standpoint there are many opponents we do not need a 4 bet bluffing range.

In terms of what our best bluff candidates are I'm not sure. Suited wheel aces are the nuts for 3b bluffing IP/4b bluffing OOP generally but I think that type of hand may have too much equity here and 4b/f would be somewhat of a disaster imo. Thoughts? Maybe something like 23s or 46s would be our best candidates?

QJ: Agree with you here especially vs. tighter 3 bettors we will just have too bad of reverse implied odds. Tbh IP I don't do a whole lot of folding when deep which might be a mistake haha.

@Colin: Thanks ma dude

Sup guys, this post is gonna be long winded as I'm on monkey tilt atm and there's a few things I need to get off my chest.

So this week has been really good so far. Got off on the right foot by getting to the grocery store and loading up on some healthy foods and doing a little meal prep. Not to mention I finally got back to my normal gym and have been putting in a valiant effort there. Went to my second counselling session on Wednesday morning and feel like I made some nice progress with gaining strategies to aid my end goals. All in all motivation is quite high and my overall confidence and moods seem to be really solid.

ANYWAYS, I was prob in the latter 10% of my workout tonight doing dumb bell shoulder press on my last set when I decided to really push out the last few reps, and my shoulder buckled in the process. Was I lifting likely too much weight? Yes. Was I likely pushing myself too hard? Yes. So yeah, my shoulder buckled forcing me to drop the weights behind me in a really awkward position and forcing me to end my workout prematurely.

The good news is that my shoulder seems to have somewhat regular movement capability atm and is only in moderate pain. Not sure if something is torn or if it is just sort of in a "state of shock" and things will be back to normal in a few days. I'm quite upset that somehow I seem to think I'm still a 18 year old kid playing AAA hockey who is in peak physical condition as opposed to a withered old man poker player who has neglected his health for years now. Also completely tilted that when I sign up for soccer intramurals I break my thumb the first game, then as soon as I get back in the gym again I find a way to mangle my shoulder.

Hopefully I get lucky here and there isn't any tears or w/e and things will be back to normal in a few days. Either way, it's a good lesson to take care of myself and stretch/go easy when getting back into the gym.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Something that's much more important than my personal injury whines and complaints is that yesterday "Bell Let's Talk Day" happened. This is a charity created by a Canadian phone company that raises awareness for mental health on January 1st every year.

I guess I just wanted to shed some light on this charity and raise a little awareness for whomever stumbles upon this thread. Maybe a small amount of people read this thread but if it can help them or someone they know this post will be well worth my time.

So why all this talk on mental health in recent years? My guess is that there is a few reasons for this:
-People have begun to realize and take awareness that mental health is vitally important for quality of life and society.
-The stigma of struggling with mental health meaning you are "crazy" or "psychotic" or "weak" has been diminished over the years. People are more at ease with talking about their struggles and realize that mental health is just as important as physical health.
-Society is generally unhappier imo and has more mental hardships than in the past.

Why are people unhappier? There has been a lot of studies that overall happiness levels in people are much lower than in previous decades. Why though? We live in one of the most economically prosperous times in history, even the poorest North Americans have more access to things than even Kings and Queens did in the past, we live in one of the safest times in human history, we have more access to technological advancements than any previous generation.

So why do people struggle to find happiness today? One of my theories is that humans are extremely social beings and that we find happiness in the quality of our relationships with other humans. In a time where everyone is so artificially connected via phones, facebook, instagram, twitter, skype, 2p2 or whatever else...we become disconnected.

Those amazing in person moments, affection, and conversations simply do not have the same effect through a screen. As people become disconnected they become lonely and withdrawn which dissolves one of our most basic instinctual needs.

In an age where communication skills have been diminished to the point that it's not uncommon to walk 20 minutes through a crowded city and not have one person acknowledge you exist, or an age where everyone you know posts the top 1% of their lives on social media, or an age where dating relationships are fostered primarily from online dating apps...it's no wonder people feel inferior/withdrawn/disconnected.

Why else don't people feel happy? Again, this is just my theory. Humans are genetically designed to be eating a certain diet that we grew up on for thousands of years, and living on a schedule that we grew up on for thousands of years. Humans would eat a basic diet of organic meat, vegetables, nuts, fruits, and various things that naturally grow on the earth. Humans would wake up in nature somewhere around sunrise, go hunting, walking, or whatever else people did without cars, computers, pornhub, and Xbox. Naturally, people would be giving their bodies necessary foods and nutrients whilst maintaining regular exercise levels.Their hormone and chemical balances would follow suit.

Here we are in 2018 where Americans eat the SAD (Standard American Diet) where they pump themselves full of probably 3x the calories they need per day, massive amounts of sugar, preservatives, steroids, and processed fats. Our bodies aren't meant for this garbage...no wonder we feel like it. Not to mention, our energy outputs have never been lower.

In a time where people are conditioned to think that the happiest person is he who has the nicest car, or the hottest girlfriend, the most poker winnings, or the most instagram followers and not he who treats other people well, takes care of himself/his family/his body, and his mental health...there is a problem...a problem in which we have yet to realize the magnitude of.

If you or someone you know is feeling unhappy or having any difficulties with mental health, here is some of the best advice that I can offer (a lot through personal experience and experimentation):

1. Seek help from a professional. Guaranteed someone has experienced similar problems to you and professionals are trained to give you the best help and advice.

2. Exercise. They say 4 sessions of exercise that elevates heart rate for 30 mins each per week has similar effects to SSRIs (anti-depressant drugs). Your confidence and happiness will improve drastically. If you don't feel comfortable with going to the gym right away just force yourself to at least get in the habit of doing a 30 minute walk or jog 4x per week.

3. Eat healthy. This has been the most difficult for me in the past haha.

4. Talk to a friend and plan to go out and do stuff that forces you out of your comfort zone. Do crazy/stupid stuff when you go out in public. For example go sing karaoke or go walk through a busy street clapping and marching lol. Seems stupid af but when you realize other people find it funny or just don't care it's very free-ing.

5. Meditate a few times per week. Do some research on this yourself!

6. Read a self-help book or two. I recommend "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a ****".

Anyways guys, sorry I got pretty carried away there but I really wanted to put in a solid post to raise awareness for mental health on this day. Especially in the field that we work in (poker), mental health issues are very prevalent compared to other fields. Hopefully this post shed some light for you.

If you guys enjoyed the post and want to make a difference towards charity I would love it if you donate to this charity:
http://getintouchforhutch.com/
You can read about his story on the site but this guy grew up playing in the same hockey program as me and ended up taking his own life in his first year @ University.

-If there is anything I can do that would make you guys more inclined to donate please ask. Maybe I can review one of your hh's or hands or w/e. I'm open to suggestions.

A3s hand
i think preflop is w/e where imo vs that sizing that deep calling >/=folding>>>>4bet
Flop i think is super super marginal if not loosing -ev float
River as played on turn we are not repping much (althought we have Kx combos etc) if we bet, so we are like targeting better Ahi and smth like TT/99/AJ but because we are deep and pot is small compared with stacks i think we dont have much feq with sizing we are/should use imo ( like 40%-60% pot because we want to value bet almost all Kx we have, to get value from Jx/TT/99 or w/e)
so i think just giving up on turn is ok because we don't want to start blast our stack in that super marginal spot

QJ
I just fold preflop, hand is bad and plays super bad vs SB 3 betting range + agro bareling monkeys and we need to play guessing game and will have hard time when we flop pair /good draw and imo we will be making bigger mistakes chip vise vs mistake we will be maje if we just fold preflop
As played ( this is what i was talking in previous sentence) i think you should be calling preflop/flop if you have specifih read for ex in this case you need to have stron read that villain is barreling top of his range(never ch for trap) and ch giving up weaker part of his range so you can exploit that... from whatvi can see you dont have that read and you are lost in the habd and end up kust randomly clicking btns and instead of just folding preflop and loose 2 bb you end up losing like 15bb+
When that said if u had read and you called because that read => yes river shove is mandatory imo

@re8: thanks for your thoughts m8 i more or less agree with all of the above ty.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yoyo regs,

Heading to Niagara Falls for the Fallsview Classic early tomorrow morning. Should be the usual concoction of a field that's soft as butter, tournament staff that are fairly clueless, and dealers that sweep your hand into the muck when you're all in about 30% of the time. Makes for an interesting recipe and I'm pretty excited to get back in the live streets after my run in PCA. Feeling far more comfortable playing live poker now than I did ~6 months ago so hopefully can win lots of EV.

Life Update: On the life front things are really going quite well. I finally got back into the usual gym routine after making a prop bet with a friend. Essentially the rules are that you have to take a snap chat of yourself at the gym 4x/week for one month. Failure to do so means you have to forfeit the agreed upon sum of $.

This is by far the best motivation I've had yet because:
1) I won't allow myself to lose the money to my friend.
2) I won't allow my friend to beat me in a friendly competition.
3) I'm so sick of giving up on these goals and the pain associated with failing more far outweighs the pain of a workout a few times per week.

On a side note I'm glad that I have a live stop this week whilst running this bet because in the past the time on the road would serve as a self-scapegoat to prevent myself from getting in the gym. (No point getting a gym membership for 1 week/ too busy grinding/ hotel gym sucks/insert any of the plethora of excuses I could make here.) It's important to stay on the grind no matter where you are and I will not let myself take the easy way out.

A few more life things: My dad bought back the old cottage that our family used to own when I was a young kid. It's a beautiful spot on a beautiful lake and I look forward to spending tonnes of time up there helping fix it up along with lots of fishing/swimming/hiking.

-Been pretty social lately (or at least far more than I've been used to in the last few years.) Made a point of at least meeting up with a few friends a couple times a week or just attending get-togethers which I've been pretty flakey on in the past.

-Probably ranting about a lot of pointless stuff atm but just want to make a written point about how good it feels to be moving in the right direction with health/wealth/relationships/happiness.

Last thing I want to do is make a little bit of a self-checklist for the next week grinding live:

-Take my time with every decision. I'd say on average I'm one of the quickest playing players on every live table I play at and sometimes there is decisions I think require more time that I just don't allow myself. Will take advantage of the fact that live poker allows you to take way more time than you need in tough spots and would be stupid not to utilize that gap in the rules.

-Exploit every last monkey in these fields and do not donate to their unbalanced lines. Ie don't pay them off on river near top of range when they are clearly just never bluffing. Any time I mess a hand up write it down and talk about it with a friend/post it in here.

-Respect all opponents in the game and try to help recs enjoy the game/conversation.

-Keep up with the gym and make healthy meal decisions on the road. Stay disciplined with sleep schedule and mental game.

In other words, do everything I know deep down is optimal. Writing it down is the easy part...executing is the hard part.

Thanks for reading hombres GL this week!

Hey man, 2 years ago I was multi table grinding my cash games session and that month i have put lots volume and that moment for first time in my life I started to feel some strong dissyness I remmember i just got so much scared that I just left everything out and started walking downstairs to seek some help, I remmember going tru that stairs was so hard as I didnt feel well. Then I went to emergency they checked my blood pressr it was 150 to 100 they say that I got upset and can happen. After that day till now im not the same person as before, i dont feel perfectly fine as before 2y. They diagnosed that I suffer from some depression and anxiety and thay I had some panic attacks where i start to feel bad without reason and start to be scared that something bad its gonna happrn to me,, but nothing hapened on the end. So they found proper therapy for me lorazepam which helps with your fears, and some anti depressant med. My doctor said that she think I have some fears but she unfortunately cant find them to help me.
These days I feel better but its still far from perfect that I know off, sometimes I feel little headache, sometimes when I walk I feel little unbalanced got some feeling like I can fall but I Never fall. I have harder times focusing on learning. Now I feel very bad if I would start multitsbling poker for long hours. So now im grinding mtts 8 to max 10 tables around 20-25mtts per sess, that suits me well my mtt sess lasts max like 7h i think. If i play more I start feeling little hard. Of course I checked everyyhing in the hospital my urin, blood pressure my sugat level. I tested my blood and everything is perfect results and they said I have nothing to worry.
Thats all for now, I might remmember some more things and write later but thats it for now.
Im writing this all because you said someone can share his mentsal problems.

@scarecrow: thanks man

@vai123: hey man thanks a lot for your post and i think being open about things and talking about it can definitely help you find the root of your problems and aid you in being able to fix it. (often the first step in fixing something is realizing there is a problem in the first place and realizing it can be solved.)

although I'm not a medical doctor I think it's great you went in for check-ups etc. maybe consider booking an appointment with a professional that you can talk to and seek better advice from? Either way hope you feel better!

Big kudos to OP for openly talking about his personal mental health ITT. And trying to raise the importance of mental health awareness!

Best of luck at Fallsview Classic!

thanks! I'm sure some of the mishaps or struggles I've had are very minor compared to a lot of people but I'm also certain they aren't unique to me. I hope/am sure that making the odd post about some difficulties I've had/methods to fix them can help anyone struggling with similar problems. I never want to play a victim card and just realize some of these times are just a bump along the road!
