For my birthday, my dad who also plays poker arranged for us to go to Vegas. Since I just recently turned 21 I have very little live experience aside from the occasional home game, but I have a good understanding of the game and have been studying for the last year.

Basically I have broken down my trip into primary goals and a secondary goal.

Primarily, I would like to gain more experience so that I can become a better player, and simply have a good time.

The secondary goal is to hopefully be able to come back home with a profit of any sort.

We will be playing mostly MTT's and $1-$2NL Holdem.

I am going to continue studying for the next few weeks, and may make a trip to my local casino for a trial run before we go.

I'd like to hear any advice that you guys have as well as suggestions on where to play.
