Update?

Update February 2017

Very quick monthly recap with the month's graphs. Tons of action, it has been a very swingy month cause I had the pleasure to sit with some of the best italian players HU. Some of these guys play most of their volume on the .eu sites so it's quite a rare opportunity. Held my own, I'm quite pleased with my performance to be honest.

Stream is going strong, looking forward to set up some new content as soon as the kid grows and I'm more free. We also got some mortal enemies thanks to it, mostly weak regs, who didn't apprecciate my and the chat's comments. Looking forward to March action!

Update March 2017

What a month, glad it's over. Picked some extremely bad spots HU at NL1000, lost all my profit there and then some. Could have ended the month in the green, still decided to go for the swingy road and waste a lot of good work. Quite pleased with my results at NL400 HU where I got the opportunity to battle some very strong regs, held my own and still improving everyday on the format.
Will absolutely need to recoup on April, looking forward to a 5 digits month.

Stream is going good, got the partnership finally, feels like a nice achievement for all the hours I've put in.
At the same time, I'm also unsure if I'll be able to keep this schedule up, I will definitely have to cut it at some point. Also have to decide on what content I want to put out, been trying everything from ZOOM to Spins to mid stakes regular tables and HU. Seems like the most liked format is in fact HU cash but the action is lacking there, so I need a time filler.

Glgl in April. I've watched your streams a couple of times and you're definitely doing a good job. I even remember starting to laugh out loud at one point when you reacted to someone saying you look like an egg (prob found it especially funny since I've also been shaving my head for centuries).

Update April 2017

Delivered results on April!

Managed to reach my 5 figure goal, feels good not gonna lie. Mostly stick to easy games, could have gone much better overall but I took some relatively adventurous spots at NL1k towards the end of the month, cutting my profit.

Additionally, since a few days, I started playing some low stakes HU PLO along with my usual tables and having a blast. Still haven't studied anything about it but the action is good and the opponents very week, seems like so far I'm going to able to hold with own with just the NLH HU experience and strong selection. Looking forward to more PLO in May.

As for the stream, had to cut a lot of hours, at the end of the day it was a good choice but I often times miss it, was a lot of fun. This month my wife is going back to work full time so my schedule will change again, might be able to trow in a few more hours hopefully.

Update May 2017

Very uneventuful month grind wise, the landscape is changing a lot due to Stars rakeback cut and most of my volume being played there, we'll see how things evolve during the next months.
Meanwhile, I've started a long term project with what's in fact my first student and really looking forward to work with him. Been thinking about coaching for a long time and I'm glad I've got this opportunity now, I'm sure it'll also help my game so I'm very excited about it.
Streaming wise, the volume has been lacking and the hot season is coming so it'll be hard to keep up with it but I'll try my best. Catch you next month, good luck everyone!

Update June 2017

Here we go again, let's update the blog!

Got back into 6max and almost entirely ditched HU, due to a mix of lacking action and Stars rakeback cuts. Not being able to battle regs really turns me off, I have very little interest and patience to sit there and wait for fishes all day.

Lost my touch and certainly fallen off the curve in 6max, so I got together a solid study plan and really look forward to put in the hours during July. Volume may be lacking but at this point the most important thing is to get back in shape so I can take on the other 6 max regs.

Simply put, my best month ever. The study plan worked, I really put in the hours more than I've ever had since I started playing poker. Every single moment I wasn't with family was spent either studying or playing. My work ethic really did shine this month and I'm proud of the results.

On top of everything, ran really hot at NL400 where I actually made most of my profit. It's a great pleasure to be a pain for the other regs. Ran over most of those who used to bully me for the last year or so with just a few basic changes in my game.

That said, in the process of revamping my game, I realize I barely scratched the surface. There's still a ton of study to do and I'll keep putting in the hours during the next months. I'm really looking forward to the coming .EU pool, want to jump in ready to roll and crush it.

Update August 2017

Very quick update for August. Almost took the entire month off to go on vacation, ran really hot especially at 1k so booked a decent profit nonetheless. Really looking forward to these last four months of the year, the goal is to reach and surpass last year's profit.
Gotta get back into studying too, I've gained a solid lead over most regs on .IT and plan to ride it. Want to run em all over before .eu opens.
