Whats up folks?

Here is my PGC for the remainder of the year! Going to keep it simple for my first post. By the end of the year I want to play 100,000 hands at 50 and 100nl with a winrate of over 5bb/100. By the end of it all, I'm hoping to be in a position to start taking shots at 200nl.

Here is my graph for the last 2 months and stake breakdown.

Lets end this year strong! GL everyone.

      WEEK 1 GRAPH

OCTOBER 2018 WEEK 1 GOALS REVIEW

      1. 30+ Hours of grinding.
Didnt quite reach this goal. Managed 26 hours. Would have played more Sunday night but stayed up to watch Mcgregor vs Khabib and had to work at 6am the next morning. Just didnt have the energy to get back to the grind after work. Also worth noting that if I want to reach my target of 33k hands this month I am going to need to play more than 30 hours per week.

      2. 4 gym trips.
This is always the easiest goal for me to complete. I crushed this goal this week and got in some great workouts. Been doing this program a buddy of mine who used to compete in body building gave me. Its deadly man. Really enjoying it so far.

      3. 0 fast food, only prepped meals.
Did really well during the week. But it all went to **** on the weekend and ended up getting lazy and ordering out. Had Mcds one day, went out for Thai food another and barely ate anything on Sunday because I was so busy with work. Pretty standard for me... always do great during the week and just fall apart on the weekend. The sick thing is I even had meals prepped for the weekend but still didnt eat them. What a waste! Going to plan out some different meals for this week because I get sick of eating the same thing over and over again pretty quickly.

      4. 2 Hours in the poker lab each day.
Put in a lot of work off the tables this week. Everyday I would start it up in the poker lab while I eat my breakfast. Doing a lot of work with solvers, reviewing my marked hands from the previous day and digging around in HEM2 looking more leaks!

      5. Less distractions on the side when grinding (youtube / twitch / cell phone etc.)
Did pretty meh with this goal. Still watching too much stuff on the side while grinding. I only play 4-6 tables usually so I get a bit bored at times when their is a lul in the action.

      2/5 GOALS COMPLETED

Not the best way to start the month/week/challenge. I did get a better idea of the amount of work it will take to reach my goals so hopefully things will go better this week coming up. With that being said lets get into my goals for this upcoming week!

      OCTOBER 2018 WEEK 2 GOALS
      1. 30+ Hours of grinding.
      2. 4 gym trips.
      3. 0 fast food, only prepped meals.
      4. 2 Hours in the poker lab each day.
      5. Less distractions on the side when grinding (youtube / twitch / cell phone etc.)
      6. Play a few tournaments this week and cash in atleast 1!
      7. Waste less time! No more wasting time watching Twitch / Youtube / Facebook when you could be working on your goals!

      Lets get to work people!
