Introduction:
Hi guys! My name is Albin and im 23 years old. Currently im just about to finish my Bachelor Exam in Computer Science this summer. My plans after that is to take a year off studies and give my poker career a fair chance.

Poker Background:
Ok, so i have always been loving the cashgame and that is what i will have as maingame in future too. So about 5 months ago i was playing NL50 with positive winratio over a big sample, so then you might wonder why are you here with 20$ only. And the simple answer to that is 4 letters, TILT. I have always had issues with my mental game regarding poker so this blog will be just as much about my mental game as my poker game hopefully.

Bankroll Rules:
I will do a simple list of the bankroll management rules i will follow for the first steps.

0-85$ NL2
85-250$ NL5
250-400$ NL10
400-800$ NL16 (I think NL16 is really soft pool so will play there with little bit lower buyins than the other stakes.
800+ NL25

No its cashgame graph im just showing winnings in $ instead of big blinds. Its 30$ not 3000$

Ok so im up around 40$ after the first 4.5k hands so my plan is shoting at nl5 tonight. I know my bankroll rules says i should wait a little bit more, but im really confident that im crushing these stakes enough to play it. I feel like you should stick to your BRM plan. having 10BI's at a limit is extremely low, and it seems like you cant really reload your roll. Also, with the graph, it shows that you lost a couple BIs and I think you might feel like you want to catch up with the losses. Stick to the BRM and you will do well. At least thats the way the graph seems atm. Increasing stakes and losing the profit you gained the last 7k hands, is not something you want a possibility of happening. Like you said before, TILTing is your enemy, and i feel like this is a situation that might tilt you if you lose a BI or 2.

Thanks for the response, you are totally right, ehm i did play some nl5, i lost a buy in and felt bad about it which i know i rly shouldnt so yeah i moved back to nl2 and probably gonna try play atleast 10k hands from what i feel now, even if i go over the minimum bankroll for me to move up. Im really struggling just when i move up to a stake, even if 5$ is nothing for me, my mental game just screws up then for some reason.

Edit: Also a note for myself, next time i should start 2tabling instead of 4tabling i think.

Anyone can run like god and find unlimited fish a few days a month, especially in Micros at specific times of the day. Just focus on specific times of the day that fish are playing and grind at those times. Short Term results make players think they win at 40bb/100 when really, they havent lost there flips yet to even them back down a bit to there true winrate. Keep grinding and learning. Just because you're winning, doesnt mean you're not making mistakes.
