Diving into 100z for the first time Diving into 100z for the first time

Hey.

A long time recreational player at 50z here playing on and off for about 2 years. I decided to try out 100z for the first time.

Never played more then 30k a month.

I'm at 42k hands so far this month and winning at 4.47bb/100 and EV is at 8.34bb/100. Casually running 17 buy ins under EV so far, but i'm enjoying the grind.

I play HUDless. I play an embaressingly straightforward style. No GTO approach or any theory bull****. I'm a feel player and so far it's working.

I wont bother with hhs or background info just yet. People want to see graphs, so i'll post graph from time to time.

We'll see how this goes.

I'm quite busy today. Besides my daily job as a teacher i'm also a fitness-instructor, and I have classes tonight, so I gotta prepare. I only managed 1000hands this session but it was a solid win. No tough spots.

Personal victims of the session were the asians. They call so light. Whenever I see i'm in a pot with someone from China og Hong Kong I get excited!

I may be missing something here. What’s the goal/challenge etc? Hand history’s of said Asian stations? Also learn how to use the image function. It’s pretty simple.. you upload to imgur, copy link, press the seventh button along the top ^ and paste in copied imgur url.

The goal and challenge is to see if I can hold my own on the 100z tables, since this is my first time playing them.

My first month at 100z is over. Reached a new personal best of over 70k hands. Won a tiny bit, so i'm happy with that. Only winning at 2.bb/100 but i'm playing hudless and make alot of mistakes, so I guess it's alright.

I'll aim for 3.bb/100 for the month of May. GL me

Those are the nittiest stats i've ever seen for 100z not saying i play 100z but WTF a 3! of 6%... least ur not -bb/100

GL man btw.

Not trying to sound rude/condescending btw but also i was wondering is making like $1700 a month good money in your country?

hahaha! I'm sure they are very nitty indeed. Guess that's just my playing style. I'm aware that there is plenty of room for improvement, but I don't study poker theory nor do I intent to, so those stats will do for now

$1700 dollars is alot of money to me. I'm a father, therefor my family is everything to me. $1700 brings food on the table for sure. I got a degree and steady income, so whatever I make from poker is just a bonus

Will try to make some adjustments to this month. Will try to raise my VPIP and 3bet%. So far it's working out fine. I also started to use HUD again with some very simple stats showing to help me label players quickly. Good start to the month. Will try and keep the aggression up!

Down 7 buy ins early on. Ended up winning. Havent played such a long session ever I think. I'm exhausted.

Prior to this day i've been losing a bit. Didn't get much going until today, so back in profit overall. I wanna have 3.0bb/100 this month. Currently I'm on pace. This is the monthly graph so far

Nice posts! It'll definitely be interesting to see if you can hold your own against a player pool consisting of a bunch of theory based regs.

Best of luck

It was fun while it lasted. When I reached 100k hands, I didn't really feel the drive to play anymore. Besides, I only play poker as a hobby anyway, I never intented to become a grinder and now it was taking to much of my time. I was only a 2.bb/100 winner over 100k hands, but I think it's okay considering I don't study poker.

Doubt that I'll be back playing anytime soon. Maybe i'll deposit the occisional $500 and play some 50z or MTTs but nothing serious

Thank you for reading. Gl at the tables
