Hmm your almost always folding? The back door flushes are less likely then if the draw was on the flop. Some people don't like making big check raises and
And bloating the pot with just top pair. Was this guy a nit? If he wasn't very aggressive it doesn't seem unlikely. I must admit I was surprised he didn't bet the flop though. I would just call and not raise river, but "always folding"
A straight there seems bad. Seems more player dependent.
Edit: There is also a very low chance that someone that flopped trips or two pair are slow playing with the flush draw out there, and on the turn with two flush draws there is almost a 0% chance they would just be calling. The only thing you would be worried about is that back door flush.
