Yeah, I do actually think it makes a sizable difference... I guess it depends though - if you're lacking energy music can bring you up, but if you're focused anyway it'll probably serve as a distraction. I probably listen to music around 40% of the time now (down from like 90% a few years ago).

1 more grind day on the cards tomorrow before I'm off to Dublin. At 15.5k hands, need to make sure I get back into a good grind to finish the month once I'm back. Booked a holiday to Japan for the 1st - 13th April with Tonna, LG and Mayothedon, been wanting to see Japan for ages, so can't wait for that gonna be awesome. Then will bundle myself straight up the road the day I get home for a friend's wedding on the 14th. So I'm looking at playing my first hand on like the 16th, will feel much better to take that time off I go flat out for the rest of this month.

March is in the books, the nuclear super heat eased off a bit this month, but a win is a win so I shouldn't complain.





Fell a decent chunk short of my 70k hand volume target - no real excuses to make on this, it was always a pretty ambitious one and that's still my highest volume month in quite a long time, certainly over a year. My flight to Japan leaves in 14h, gonna eat some food, pack some ****, get some sleep and then head! I'll try and take at least 1 photo while I'm there for the bloggy. Also ordered myself a new kilt jacket/waistcoat for my pal's wedding once I'm home, can't wait to rock that Will be back on the grind from the 16th of April, probably going to go back to Amsterdam for the third year running for King's day - pretty bad that I'll end up with like 10 grinding days next month but I ****ing love King's day

Unfortunately crypto has imploded pretty hard so idk if my NW even increased this month... infact yea it probably hasn't I initially bought a little in late June last year, sold half my position before the top in like mid november, all the while reading up on the technology and waiting for the ridiculous hype to end. I actually came close to selling the rest in late december but didn't pull the trigger, and I bought back in fairly hard kinda throughout february, so yeah I'm now down a decent chunk and feeling silly. I'm very aware that I'm not knowledgeable enough to outpredict the market, but I find it all pretty interesting - the technology of it and the phenomenology of how people react to it. At this point I'm not sure what to do, would be painful to eat the loss but idk, think there's still something to it as an un****able store of value and it's a decent hedge against inflation. I'd say there's too much crypto chat in this forum but it's actually died off pretty hard recently

Aight guess that'll do for now, I'll set 25k hands as my volume goal for next month, gl out there!
