Week 3 update
This week was really bad. I had to move down to NL25, shot failed. Lost 4,5 BI over 20k hands. And when I moved down to 25NL downswing attacked, started doubting in my game, but after reviewing it some big and small pots, I could say that I made just a few major mistakes. Running pretty bad, I hope to turn it all around this week and start crushing again. Today I've made a few changes in my game, which I think will be giving me extra 1 or 2 bb to my win rate.
I've decided to make a challenge. After 74.6k hands, I have 6,11evbb/100 at NL25.
My goal is to have at least 7evbb/100 after 100k hands. Will see how it goes. After that, I will be shooting NL50 again.
I have a question.
Do you change table at some point when you have over 100bb in your stack?
Review of past week goals
Poker:
Play 10k hands
(6.3k/10k, did a lot of table work, had one day off poker)
Work on my game 8h-10h
(around 12-14h)
Analyze two regs
(2/2)
Start beating NL50
( failed)
Not make loose call downs
(made one mistake regard to this)
Review every session
( reviewed)
Write mental game journal
( 6/7 days)
Play 2 tables mostly, if I feel very good, then 3 tables
( 95% of time played 2 tables)
Other:
Go to gym 3x
(2/3)
Eat healthy most of the time
(big improvement compared to week 2, but still should get read of some bad habits)
Finish reading a book
( still reading)
Read 3/4 of Bryan's Tracy book "Eat that Frog"
( read around 40% of the book)
Attend my university seminars
(completed)
Would rate this week
6/10.
I'm failing with time management for past weeks, know where my mistakes are, just have to fix them.
Goals for week 4
Poker:
Play 12k hands
Work on my game 6h
Implement new aspects in my game
Not make loose call downs
Review every session
Write mental game journal
Play 2 tables mostly, if I feel very good, then 3 tables.
Other:
Go to gym 4-5x
Eat healthy most of the time
Finish reading a book
Read 3/4 of Bryan's Tracy book "Eat that Frog"
Attend my university seminars
Later I will post some hands from last week.
It's hard for me to play 3 tables and think deeply about the spots,
how are you improving your multi-tabling ability?
Have a great day!
