Been losing some of my 100nl shot moneys so will step down to 50nl for now and play 100nl this weekend (if I don't lose anymore ofc). I'm such a nit when it comes to br, freaked out when I lost 2 BI at 100nl lol.

This hand made my graph drop 50 dollars in ev lol, had 66% when money got in so don't understand how. Mp was one of the biggest whales I've ever played with, probably lost 5 BI in 50 hands.

Usually play alot more during weekends, only played 2-3 hours or sotoday , played pretty good today, only one big punt, that cost me 60 dollars. Really happy about how I'm playing even tho I'm not winning a lot right now,

Played a decent session today, ran pretty poor, had to make some diciplined laydowns, but luckily ran good in two big spots which pretty much saved the day.

Tried playing in the morning for once, played some 50nlz Hu, was a lot of fun, the regs seemed really bad, will definetly play some more HU in the future
Had a really good start to the day and then everything went wrong one of the worst days for me ever in poker, lost around 400 dollars in what felt like 5 mins. Played a mix of 50 and 100nl.

Didnt have time to post graph today, but pretty much breakeven last couple of days and very swingy. Havent played my best and should probably end my sessions a bit earlier than I usually do when I start losing.
Due to being breakeven this whole month ,(atleast in ev hehe) I'm gonna put in some hours in the lab, mostly analysing the sample of 50z and 100nl reg tables I've gotten last few weeks.

Put in some work of the tables today, felt good but definelty need to put in alot more of it, before I've just put in volume to try and improve, but really need to put in work of the tables if I want to succeed in poker.
Still going pretty badly, not winning anything for 20k hands now, here's my graph of the month so far. Hu is my new drug, Its so much more fun than 6max, but dont really have a clue about ranges and preflop stuff but have put up a fight atleast.

50nl HU seems pretty soft from what i have played, a bunch of fishes and some bad regs, might jump in the mix myslef soon.
H1: I def find the fold vs 99% of players OTT. just super rare to see people bluff here, even hu i find the fold. also your betsizing is too small on both streets
H4: i really dont get your river play here. The only better flushes he has are nut flushes or straight flushes, and you never get him off any of them with this sizing imo. Some disciplined regs may fold Ah here, but I still think it would be kind of ambitious

Yeah I agree with betsizing on H1, and would fold this alot ott aswell, but this was an agro rec, should maybe find a fold anyway bc board texture and how recs checking ranges are often very obvious.
H4 is weird, not very used to straight flush boards, should probably raise bigger, but he tanked for 10-20sec before folding, really hope he folded Ah but still not alot of people are capable of folding nutflushes at 25nl, and I'm not happy with my play here .

Had another half ****ty day today, won 25 dollars atleast and some in that race promotion which was nice

Gonna post a few of my biggest losing hands of today, feel like right now I'm just trying to dodge bullet after bullet, running into cooler after cooler. Have to fold alot but have not done enough as you will see from the first hand :P

Standard fold on river, just that I'm folding so much right now that I feel like I need to make some calls bc "I can't run this bad" kind of thinking.

Running alot into the worst turn and river cards. Some might find the flop 3bet a bit fishy, but on a board like this where he wont fold enough on the flop even vs a very nutted range. And vs agro regs will definetly find bluffs here aswell.




Very loose of me on flop, a bit of an exploit, and was ready to put pressure on alot of bad turns and river. This turn was close, because could get value on turn and checkback blank rivers and win showdown. River is just a big lol, cant see anyone turn AAcx into a bluff and overbet shove river , felt like a pretty easy fold when I have flushes in my range.

Still losing, played bad in some spots but pretty happy overall with how I played. Still believe I'm running bad, but have definetly punted some too.
Will post the ugly graph in the end of the month have decided to not play HU and 100nl for now, to rebuild roll and confidence. Haven't actually lost my money there, It's the bloody 50z that kills me.
It's really hard to give updates here when I'm losing, but I think It's good for my mental game to do it.

Lost 5BI and 2 flips today within 3 hands.
I suck, poker sucks, everyone else sucks.
Still can't wait to play tomorrow tho

Played some more today and it was the same as it's been last few days. Gonna show the graph of the month now, but have decided to probably not show many long term graphs here in the thread after this, for a few reasons which has already been said by others in other threads. Have looked at all my biggest loss pots this month, which is pretty much the only reason im losing and can't see any massive mistakes. Have found some leaks when it comes to smaller pots which Im trying to plug.

Long time no update!
Decided to take a break from poker to do some other stuff, was really burnt out and wasnt having fun when playing. Discovered that theres alot of other things in life that I want to do and not just play poker whenever I have a few hours to spare.
For the last few months I thought that getting better at poker was the road to also getting happier, but when I've been thinking about lately, I think It's probably the opposite. It takes some sacrifice to succeed in poker and I'm probably not ready to do what It takes to really succeed. I still love poker and I think it's such a facinating game and don't think I will ever stop playing it, but I wont play to try to succeed. Will still lurk twoplustwo, there's some great content here and it's just the perfect toilet read

Been playing some plo this weekend and I'm really enjoying it, even tho the swings is just insane. But unless I become a plo god, playing for fun on weekends, this thread has reached its end.

All from this weekend pretty much, all plo, started to get a grip on it after some hands
