stocks have crashed hard though so sadly action may rise up quite a bit at lower stakes but high stakes I'm not overly optimistic given people are broke

Day 3 & 4

Felt a bit ill and flu-like symptoms the last days so taken it slow. Been grinding a bit of "lower" stakes 2/5 and /10 cap and doing okey. Feels good with a little less swings for a while.

Will take it easy today, cook some, read some, do some meditation. Feel less tilted but started todays session running bad and felt liiiitle bit of tilt. Will analyze that and take appropriate measures!

Been grinding and trying to remove all tilt. Worked well and started to find a flow, took a shot again at cap and did not run so well and felt tilted again. Well, will try again.

Month is just brutal. Current graph, quite a bit under EV...Also up in bb/100 so those damn /100 cap flips not going well

Was tired today so skipped tournies. Honestly, I know myself well enough that I would not put up a good session when tired. Especially later on deep in the tournaments. I would just end up playing bad and get even more tilted on myself. So better to skip, play some cash and focus on the coming days.

Think its close pre between jam and call. He had somewhat tighter stats so leaned towards taking it to the streets. I think some players will check back AA/KK on flop, but timing + unknown player made me lean towards AK.

Turn sizing I think could go a number of ways. He has a somewhat narrow range with the assumptions above, and think we have quite a lot of bluffs to pull. Not too many 7x but decided this looked a bit bluffheavy. River I think is close, once he calls turn. Think we have a freeroll of getting called by worse (AK and TT mainly) and as stated did not expect too much top of range. Decided to jam and got snapped

AA and KK should be checked at high freq on this flop, that said I dont think pop at mid stakes is doing this nearly enough making it a lot more attractive to play JJ aggressively, so yeah, looks good to me

Sorry for being away a couple of days guys. Really needed it. Been feeling quite tilted with this damn game, been sick so not able to work out (even more tilting) and basically isolated in my apartment. Mostly been struggling to find focus as I feel like every time I get back on my feet, print at lower stakes and just get smashed by variance when playing little bit higher. Well, looking to book first winning session in a veeeery long time tonight.

Started working with a mental coach as well since a week back. I am not gonna give up, just need to get my head straight. Been implementing some changes in daily life and working well, like taking walks without bringing phone!

Will write some more the next few days!

Sweden not in full opertation. Football start has been postponed and people are mostly working from home. But no lockdown yet and think they try to make people take responsibility. We will see how it goes. Good luck in Belarus!

Been putting in decent volume the last few days. Been quite good corona-action so far, hope it will continue! Had a slight upswing but will save graph for the end of the month. Hopefully will not look too ugly and manage save it a bit. Getting back to a better state mentally and poker feels good. Worked twice with the mental coach now and things are improving!

How is the grind at lower stakes? A lot more action?

Rough run continues. Will probably play some lower stakes in the next few days. Might try to get a better day ryth, get up early and play an MTT session during the day. Just wondering if can get decent volume at 22-215 tournies on day time CET. Probably could.

Will grind tomorrow and post monthly graph. Great month ev-wise at least, and glad I've been able to keep my level of play even variance has been felt. But we keep the grind up!
