Month so far:

Games have been really good lately and Ive been running amazing. Volume is suboptimal, but we'll get there.

I experienced winner's tilt today after winning ~6bi in like 200hands, which hasnt happened to me in a very long time. Decided to cut the session short, probably should have taken a break and come back fresh instead, but screw that, wasnt in the grinding mood today anyway.

Thanks and you too. Been following your thread since the beginning, keep doing the good work

Standard to cbet 20% in single raised pot sb vs bb? Do your size vary depending on texture, or you just fire 20% with 100% of your range on all flop?
        11-07-2018 , 11:59 AM
It definitely isnt standard and I shouldnt have used this sizing on this board. My sizings do vary depending on texture and I certainly dont cbet my whole range on every flop

        Solid thread, mate! Good luck!

Mostly RIO, but not exclusively. Im pretty sure its the best, just dont waste your time watching live play videos, apart from maybe sauce and shiffty.

Didnt have time to play today, barely managed to hit the gym. Me and my gf been redecorating the apartment, took us whole day and we still got plenty of stuff left to do. Getting back to the grind tomorrow anyway, cant miss another Friday spazzfest.

not exactly waste of time, but I think they are the least efficient way to study. They are fine as long as the coach is good at explaining his thought process (like shiffty, I think hes the nuts). Dont want to berate other coaches by any means, I just think its very hard to play and effectively describe your thoughts at the same time, especially when you play 3-4 tables (as all of them do for some reason).

        ----------------------------------------------------------

Short session today unfortunately, my sister was receiving her stomatology diploma, so we had a bit of a family reunion. Im way too tired to play/study now, so just gonna call it a day.
Month is going really good results-wise thus far, but cant be satisfied with anything else. Got a lot of non-poker stuff to do next week aswell, so I expect it to be just as lackluster as the last two. Hopefuly I can catch a bit of a break afterwards and push myself to the limit.

so do you think that both formats will have roughly the same hourly or overall profit and choosing between zoom and regular is just a matter of preference?
