Coaching for Profits really works? I hope so... Coaching for Profits really works? I hope so...

Hey guys,

My name is Daniel, I'm currently in a Coaching4profits deal (not BPC). My goal, for a long time, is become profitable at mid stakes. I started playing poker one year ago, but due to personal problems I had to stop. Last month I restarted, playing 20nl, but I'm losing as you can see.

I don't have money to pay a coach and I want to beat micros as soon as possible, so I decided to make a coaching4profits deal. I hope it works!

I will try to share with you guys my progress updating this thread in a daily basis.

I have already one coaching session (1 on 1), and my coach/manager suggested to follow a strategy which is working with other students. I hope it working with me as well.

I will start to play today. This is a new and long journey in my life.

Wish me luck!

It maybe works slightly more than people with a good work ethic and good BR management doing everything on their own. The success stories are outliers because they get so, so many members.

At least it's not BPC. Best of luck!

What do you have against BPC? Serious question, they seem to polarise opinion around here.

Their advertising is the same format as scam diet pills (note: some players winning some money doesn't show that the coaching is good quality because they may have won anyway), and they don't need to provide good coaching to profit with their business model. They've also refused to provide data (a real representation of coaching quality, especially with the number of people they take on) on multiple occasions.
