Dat ev line

Yeah so far the EVwinrate at 200 has been very good, might be sustainable or might not be, I only play 6 tables on few sites so I kinda do tableselect hard so might be dunno. Some guys at our stable have like 10bb/100 at 200 on some sites over significant sample so guess it's still possible in 2015.

Month to date update.

Been going very meh so far. But overall playing good and improving on a lot of spots. Mixing in 400 everytime I get good seat, because why not? Don't really need supergood BR for it as I'm usually only having 1-2 tables of it and it's just sosososo +EV if I get jesus there. Some regs at midstakes are way better than at 200, so need to brush my game up in some spots. Then again some regs who I think are weak, are playing 200-1k : D

5 months ago I was always tilted after losing sessions, nowdays it's just meh, think I played good and poker gives what it wants. Today I just basically lost every bluffcatch and 99% of my bluffs were called.

Hope for rungood over rest of the month!! LETSGOOO!!!!

Time for late month update. Will be leaving to my parents, so not sure how I willbe playing for the rest of the month.

Month has gone, very meh resultswise, but then again there's still 10 days to turn it upside down, and taking into account how swingy the month has been, wouldn't be impossible to still make my goal, which was +10k month. However that's starting to become unlikely. One could say that I've been running bad, but pussies blame variance, definitely made a lot of mistakes during the month.

Basically I've been crushing NL200, and then from time to time jumped into supergood 400 games with huge whales and naturally these NL400 games aren't the smallest games in terms of variance, especially as I'm the type of player that tries to push small edges against fish, making big herocalls when I smell bs, and just iso the **** out of fish getting into big pots constantly. It's definitely maxEV to do this stuff against fish, but also increase the variance a lot.

Like when I'm in a pot against fish, I just totally ignore my own range and just try to play superexploitative, which is often like folding 100% of my bluffcatchers or calling prettymuch everything that can beat a bluff, based on texture, timing- and betsizing tells etcetc. This is definitely a part of my game where I feel like I'm doing way way better compared to a lot of regs. A lot of regs at 200 don't even seem to notice there's a fish playing, or give me any ****, even though I'm just isoing him all day.

So some pics.

Been a week at my parents for the holidayss and played some pokerssss on a laptop. Games been good and I've seemed to click the correct buttons at times. Also running over EV is fun. Been taking almost any NL400 action I can get this week (although not all reg lineups as I like to win €€ ), so guess I'm sort of in the midstakes now. : )

#redlinewarrior (c) Deeepz

Gonna post monthly results when I get back home. Might also drop in "lifetime" graph, from the start of my coaching program, dating back to april 2015.

Been a crazy year, at start of the year I was still on NL10-25, losing/breaking even. And now I'm clicking buttons at midstakes and for some crazy reason I seem to be winning.

Gonna put more focus on poker during next year, as seems kinda stupid to not take advantage of the skills I currently have. Not dropping out of uni, but probably dropping some courses and gonna finish bachelors a bit late.

Been also thinking of switching to economy studies, so lets hope I can figure out over next year, what I'm going to do with my life.

Poker has never been a long time plan for me, like worst case scenario, I'm going to take a year off or something like that and then get back to uni. But like if I manage to climb to 5/10+ I'm very likely going to put more focus on this. Kind of think it might be reasonable goal for next year, to hit 5/10 as a bumhunter, with the pace I've improved my game for the past few months. Buuuut then again games progress really fast nowdays, and NL5/10+ might die before I get there. Then again, a lot of regs that I already face at 400, do bumhunt 1k.

PS: Played 2 MTTs today, 320$ and 109$ KO tournies. Got some bounties and bubbled a bit before the money on the bigger one. I have no idea how ppl can play these everyday, was so ****ing exhausted of a one session when I can't take proper breaks.

Done for the month and it was a fun ride. Don't have complete graph, but you can estimate the total results form the #56 graph combined with this. Didn't manage to hit +10k month but EV+RB is atleast close I think, might even be over. Volume is **** but WCYD.

                Redline = dicksize

On serious note, it mostly looks like that because of how I size certain spots + how I view some other spots (KK) should be played in theory. I'm not even that aggro fwiw.

                [x] RUN GOOD!

I've been playing up to 600 on few sites, also at stars (played few sessions of 500z YOLO!) lately as the games have been soft during the strike. Yeah someone could say that it's unethical to play during the strike etc etc, but then again, I got into poker at mid 2014, so my goal is to just get all the EV I can get before poker goes to **** in the next few years and then I'm out.

Been running super good past few weeks when I got to my parents for the christmas break, but also feel like I've been playing good, except today. Today I just made few huge ****ing mistakes, think I can count at least 3-4 huge mistakes. Luckily pokergods saved me in few of those, and some other spots. Still, doesn't feel good winning when you've played bad and just ran way way way over true EV of the day. But I'll take it.

As some of you know, I'm still a fulltime student at uni and been thinking a lot what the **** I'm gonna do with this. I'm pretty sure I can reach at least NL1k (bumhunting) during 2016 if I start focusing more on poker, but then again I'm pretty close to finishing my bachelors degree. My most likely plan is not to drop out of uni, but finish bachelors a bit slower, like 9 months instead of 6, and then see how I'm doing with poker. If im not busto and somehow still winning at midstakes, I might take small break from uni completely and play poker for max a year, print some money and finish masters and start 9 to 5 grind.

If someone is currently or has battled with the same situation, please reply with thoughts.

Might also switch to studying economics after bachelors as I think doing something in finance stuff might be an area where I could flourish. At the moment I'm studying sort of industrial engineering and management, but not at all convinced that it can provide the future I want. So ****ing lost with this school stuff. ://///
