Hello I decided to make a PG&C thread to keep myself more motivated and get feedback on how I play.

Warning slight wall of text incoming.

Some info about myself: Im a guy who has played games for my entire life and I started to get interested in poker after seeing the WSOP like 10 years ago. Dabbled some in poker but never really got into it until 2011. I played some awful 30/11 style with 80%fcbet and won a buyin or 2 and thought I could move up to the next level where I obviously lost it all pretty fast. For some reason I decided to search for poker strategy and found sircuddles amazing micros guide and that really turned my game around. So I went from loose passive to a very nitty 10%vpip/%3pfr/1%3bet in FR but unfortunately I couldn't keep playing because even losing 20-30dollars was too much for me at the time.

Last year I decided to make a comeback and I have learned alot since then but im still completely clueless in alot of areas. I also suffer from a chronic headache since 3 years back which is really making it hard for me to concentrate and take in new information and it's making me extremely tired at some points. Even playing 4 tables at normal speed can be overwhelming which often brings me down but I try to stay positive and maybe someday I can be free from this.

The thing that keeps me going is the amazing results i've been getting. Before I post the graph I wanted to point out a few things. I am not a crusher or anything near it but the results im getting is mostly because of the softness of the site.

I play on Svenska Spel which is a Swedish site that has extremely loose play at micro stakes, has 200bb as standard buyin and allows HUDs. These factors makes it easy to find fish and extract value from them. Im trying to move from nitreg to actually be able to play poker as I will need it to move up when there is less fish.

Now onto the graph, first 100k hands is FR and the hands after that is 5max which is what I switched to at the end of last year. Most of the hands are played at 5-20nl.

Reggish player that had a pretty wide open range. Dosen't look like he likes to 3bet or 4bet so he probably got all the overpairs in his range. This flop hits my BB 3bet range pretty well but our ranges are probably about the same in equity as he seems to flat everything. Standard cbet with gutshot and barrel on turn but I think I need to size it bigger so I don't need to overshove river. If he could actually lay down an overpair some of the time I would bet the river aswell.

Haven't been 4betting almost anything 200bb deep but ive started to incorporate 4betting in some spots as villains rarely 5bet. Standard spot? 2.5x 4b sizing ok? Check behind with SDV and call turn bet hoping to check it down vs AQ, KQ etc. Not sure though so all pointers are welcome.

Good players would raise sets OTF but I think he is capable of slowplaying sets even on a wet board. Not sure he would bet AK like that on the river and I do think he has all the KJ combos so river is fold I guess?

So April has ended and I played almost 13k hands and turned a profit in the end which is nice.



Goals for this month is 15k hands and just trying to really focus playing few tables and going for quality over quantity.

Having some serious trouble with AQ/AK etc trying to get to showdown. I don't just wanna blast cbet every flop that I miss when I have a hand with SDV and I can check call. Not sure if this is variance or im just terrible though I think it's the latter.

I figured a cbet here is basically for value aswell as denying equity. He will float with all overcards and alot of draws. Turn feels like a standard check/call. Same story here he shows up with a SDV hand that he could have just checked down when I checked the turn.

4bet spot extremely barrel happy villain that had AQo in his 4bet range so I put him on AQ+ QQ+ on the flop. My read is he is one of those who will blast away with AK etc even when he misses so I figured he is cbeting hes entire range. If he calls with the NFD aswell as overpairs he will still fold 60% of his range to a raise and I needed it to work about 50% of the time aswell as having robust equity when called with 3 to the NFD + Nut straight.
