unbelieveable results, few q's if you don't mind:
-what makes you want to donate to charity over just spewing money around, buying more fun things, living even better/more expensive life than now? is it like these things become ordinary after a while and not fun anymore?

-do you think contribution from a relatively small group of people like you can really make a difference in the long term (unless your opinion is that it's worth the hustle even if it saves only one life, then nvm)? IMO it's impossible due to human nature, for example if there's hunger in certain area it's usually only because of political reasons since food is very easy to produce. I also think that when people get something for free they don't respect it and that makes these initiatives less likely to make a sustainable difference; China's economic colinialism in Africa might increase their standard of living tho.

-do you support the mass migration from Africa/Middle East to Europe?

-have you ever been coached?

Sorry for popping in but I'm allergic to ignorant approach like this and I believe it's one of the reason of direction our society is going to.
Confronting with provocative analogical example - everyday hundreds(thousands?) people are being murdered so if you will kill someone today for fun, it doesn't make any difference as of it doesn't count right?

Obviously his actions doesn't matter on global scale but if you want to help in something you just do it, not looking whether it will save the world tomorrow or not. Other plain example - segregating trash. Me doing that will not solve pollution problem and doesn't matter nothing on global scale but I'm doing this because it's right thing to do (for me).
Your examples of food / hunger are also detached from reality, you don't know what you're speaking about. Pardon my irritation but damn people are ignorant these days.

Congrats for month OP and good luck!

huge +1

combined with the "mass migration" (suspicious term already) pro/con question, it def indicates a view on the world that i personally find rather unpleasant. Regardless whether the effects are actually statistically measurable theres actually people that gain joy out of supporting others (even if its few).

@OP very inspirational thread

Hey guys, no need to flame each other, I did not intend to start an argument, I could say I'm just under impression of OP's decisions but don't exactly understand that type of approach so I ask what I'm curious about bc I like to get familiar with how other people think etc. Just like some time ago I asked similar questions a girl who volunteers somewhere (she said that she once was in a difficult situation herself and now she feels lots of satisfaction when helping others).
The question about migration was unnecessary as OP hasn't mentioned donating to any organization that is involved there but it was already too late to edit that post when I figured that out.

- "Meaning of life" to me is making better off as many sentient beings as possible in this cold and indifferent (not) Universe (we are as the part of the Universe are actually not indifferent therefore it makes total sense to me just as a logical conclusion that our (and other sentient beings) non-indifference actually makes Universe not indifferent as at least one part of it ain't indifferent).

- “If you want to change the world, start with yourself.”

- I'm not educated enough on that question to answer it.

Hey Romeo, this has to be the one of the sickest threads out there the results you're putting up every Sunday. Much respect to you for the charity and the skill.

I was wondering how you approach downswings. Noticed a dip in your gorgeous graph of 200-300k or so. Are you just at the point in mental game/confidence where it doesn't bother you at all?

find the purity of this generosity questionable.

you don't even understand what you are trying to communicate, but indifferent is such a cool word.

meaning of life to you is feeling better about yourself by talking yourself into believing that you are a big deal of help to those poor and harmed sentient beings, you are such a golden boy, flawless.

just keep throwing money away, it's fine, no need explain yourself with doubtful ideology.

amazing poker player, very jealous of results. however i dont consider you to be a worthy character. i'm actually disgusted by you.

it makes total sense to you, because you want it to make sense. it is not science.
this is how you get your fuel for the grind.
get it? what you are doing works as a drug and you are an addict.

my words will be like throwing peas at wall, because you know better.

I'm not educated enough to answer this question too, but I'll give it a try. I don't support migration. It's simply a sign of hunger, people move because they search for food. Planet is running out of quality resources, and is slowly becoming overpopulated (maybe is already, idk how to solve for this), however the 'various sickness tsunami' is undoubtly coming/already began.

Quality of human life today is in better shape then it ever was, but it won't be for long anymore.

my 2 cents.
