Gotta work smart, not work hard. Question some of the ideas you take for granted. Count the combos.

I feel your pain man I’m been in the same boat right now

tbf when i'm downswinging is when i'm not autipiloting, it's when my game improves the most if tilt isn't a factor, which it actually isn't recently. Felt like I played a lot better today but just can't seem to get an ev winning session yet, but i'm sure an upswing is around the corner.

think we have a few options here, doesn't seem totally unreasonable, I can have all the sets and straights

AQo hand is soooooo bad. Probably a fold to 4bet honestly. You are just burnubg money with the flop call.

J4 you had the odds to flat turn, why spaz and start trying to bluff someone off Ax? just flat and fold river, simple.

AQ. You should know by now, how strong a mini 4bet is. You should have trolled him and folded pre. Flop call makes no sense.

                  AA, fold flop.

T9. You flopped dead, so just xf flop. Simple poker.

AK I would flat river. I doubt worse calls your jam really. bit optimistic.

H1. Check call flop. Fold turn.

h2. why are you raising the turn? Just call.

                  h3. Fold flop.

h4. I'd rather get it all in on the flop if you're calling an all in with a blank card on the turn.

                  h5. check fold turn.

h6. played fine imo but I don't mind a fold either. think both are fine lacking any info.

h7. check call the flop. multi way pot, no need to build it up with A high.

h8. Just call utg bet on river here. Why shove all in? Mostly you'll get called by trips, flushes and straights. If they have worse than your hand they are folding.

h8 lol at people thinking AK was a value bet

h2 why am I raising flush draw? do you not think I need bluffs here?? we have a ton of value raises

h6 with AA on JJx i'm mixing frequencies and sizings here, it is definitely not overplay to bet twice with AA, especially for that sizing, granted it is a good hand to check somewhere and I will be turn a lot of the time, i'm folding AA with a diamond on riv

h4 why would you get it in on the flop? obviously I need to keep his bluffs in

                  h5 clear double barrel imo

appreciate thoughts, those are some of mine fwiw

No you don't need any bluffs vs fish that can't ever fold Ax. Focus on playing the player pool, not theory in a vacuum.

h6 with AA on JJx i'm mixing frequencies and sizings here, it is definitely not overplay to bet twice with AA, especially for that sizing, granted it is a good hand to check somewhere and I will be turn a lot of the time, i'm folding AA with a diamond on riv
You are rarely ever good vs his line, in a pool where they underbluff rivers. Bet bet, for small sizings is ok, but I would xf river. Just a miracle he showed up with QQ.

Few people in the pool asked for an update so here go's

Not updated since March, moved house in April, got a puppy and just been very busy. Because of all that I've not put much hours in at the tables. On a plus note I've totally reshaped my game and it seems to be paying dividends so far.
