Sick graph and thread! Why do you play nl50 regular tables instead of zoom? Whats the pros and cons?

Thanks ! I play reg tables as I feel I can improve more this way and select tables. Iv never played any zoom, only a bit of ff on party ages ago but didnt really like it as much. Do you play 50nl on ps?

I play MTT's but I am going to transition to cash... I will start at nl25 and hopefully grind my way up, not sure wether to play zoom or regular tables tho

Try out both, or you could always play both. Plenty of reg mix them. gl with the transition! maybe make a pgc


Sooo today was painful again but I maintained my A+ game. I spent 4 hours going through my HM2 today and played 5 hours. Also hit the gym for an hour and caught up with family over lunch.

Woke up this morning barely dragged myself out of bed, ate breakfast turned computer on and there was no chance I was going to do anything. My body and mind def needed a rest. Took a full day off, played 32h of poker the first 6 days of the month and 25h of study. Back at it tomorrow.

No not really, I enjoy zoom way too much. Few friends of mine play 50+ at stars and always funny to watch those scripters jump in Might start playing reg tables if I dont bear zoom anymore

Broke out of the break evenish rut with one of my best days since the start of the thread. Also hit the 100nl bankroll shot mark. Pretty good timing with the weekend coming, quite pumped for it. Going to take a 7bi shot and hopefully I can just end up staying there like i did with 50nl.

I am not playing zoom man, everyone keeps writing zoom haha. I have been playing more seriously from February-ish but dabbled before. I was breakeven for a long time until i started studying a lot. glgl

Today was a bit of a mess. I got up quite early like normal and fired up the lobby, however, unlike 50nl 100nl was just super reg heavy battles. So i decided it wouldnt be the smartest idea to battle them on my first shot and transferred a couple buyins over to bwin and mpn. The games were super soft, i ended the day +1 buy in after 5-6 hours of grind. I am not sure if I will be continuing to multi site tho, the software kept disconnecting on mpn and i cant track hands/use hud which is really annoying. I may simply reschedule my grind times to later in the day/night on ps.

Get yourself a nicer UI on MPN!!
One of the main reasons for me to play on MPN are the sounds, animations and visual bling bling.
Brings me nostalgia from the times you were able to use a HUD :P
I read updated T&C's, it said database programs weren't allowed. Has HM2 discontinued support for the site?

But yeah MPN is a nice site if you get good seats. Otherwise it's just table camping, unless you are willing to table start for long time periods. Not sure if they have banned scripts yet.

So i decided to stick with ps with all my volume this morning and multisite at higher stakes. I got up did an hour of study/warm up, opened up some tables and literally after 30min my parents call that their neighbours above them (everyone lives in apartments here) flooded and it was fukn tons of water dripping down. So I spent most of my Sunday moving **** out of there and covering and patching leaks. Good times lol.

Put in 2.5h of poker and 4h of study today. Battled some regs on 3-4 tables but there wasnt too much running when I was playing. Going to slowly increase volume, feeling good so far on 100nl.



Biggest pot i played today was 80bb, nothing much happened just picked up tons of little pots. Back on the grind tomorrow.

I worked for a while and saved enough for like 6-8 months expenses plus a small roll to start. Lately iv been cashing out bits to pay for things, im living on a bit of a budget for now and trying to grow my roll rather than cashing out.


Had a terrible night sleep last night, hadnt happened for a while. Loaded up some tables battled regs 3 handed which seemed pretty pointless although I feel I have an edge. Then had to spent a coupe hours sorting things about at the local city council which tilted me a lot. Things happen really slow where I live. Put in another hour when I got back but it was super reg heavy again. I dont mind the reg games as I feel I improve a lot more, but im trying to grow my roll and might just look at mixing sites since its the most logical thing to do.

Any site suggestions would be good, preferably where there is HM2 support.

Put in 2.5h of poker today and 2h of study although im going to a bit more after this update. Volume is still a little low, its been mainly 3 handed battles on ps and a bit on Bwin. Also wrapped up some things which have been taking up my time off the tables and theres a bit of weight off my shoulders from that too.

Got in KK v QQ and reg binked and lost a AA v K9o aipf too. No interesting hands, just bunch of smaller pots.

Glad someone likes them haha. I do work in HM2 mainly on my own game and the populations tendencies - looking at hot spots for exploits. Also watch vids.

Had my best day today, played 4 hours of A game and only a 30min warm up. Although I work on something related to my game most nights after this post. A lot more comfortable at 100nl now.

Games were amazing today, ran a bit rough early on couldnt win a hand and then got it together towards the end. Just over 4 hours of pokers and 2 hours study today. WWSF 30 last session and redline dip had a couple tables with 3 guys limping and seeing every flop lol. Ruined my 49 stat but happy to take their monies.
