Week 2 was a cluster**** of downswings. Handled it far better than in the past. Think I played pretty solid, not too many blast off hands. Studied a bit, felt super fired up. Start of week 3 started to find heat. Feels like am on the verge of everything clicking and going on an insane run.

Learned a huge amount in spots I was butchering, plugged leaks. Got many spots am working on. Hopefully 200nl end of month. Been a few tables that have looked super juicy but limiting myself till I've hit all my study goals before I try and battle everyone for round2.

Have been hitting my fitness goals, eating well and really happy with progress on mental game.

Month so far

Well thats a mother ****ing wrap of a month. LFG!!!!!
Done for month. Learned an absolutely huge amount this month and realised how little I know about anything re poker. Mental game has come a huge way, much better at being objective re losing sessions/coolers/setups. I also don't really game select much if ever so being much better at tilt control has helped a lot in all reg lineups. A lot of this months winnings has been off regs.

Changing my diet, doing physical exercise has had a huge effect on my ability to focus and put in the hours on and off the table.

Total Graph of 50, 100 and 200.

100nl only

Also won leaderboard for last week of March netting a nice +400e bonus.

Felt a bit **** during 200 shot as I lost back 8 buyins. Realised actually playing well just called down too light vs some uber nit bumhunter/few preflop setups I could possibly consider folding in future.

Hopefully can fully transition into 200 in coming month(s). I played a bit of 50nl to help with mindset which worked out great.

vamoo!

Thanks dudes. Felt now was an excellent time to tempt the poker gods and play just after cashing out first time (points) + having posted month graph to battle 200. Was definitely feeling extra spicey and moved up to where my raises were respected.

Won most of this mornings vs a reg HU and gave him the big ol slap.

New month total.

Plan to go ham next month battling and probably get some big swongs.

Week #1 at mostly 200nl was a fairly wild one. Playing decent but definitely made some suboptimal punts/calldowns/ bad jams. Did a lot of HU battling and did well strategy wise in most of them. Lot of regfish in the 200nl pool, I think there are currently many 100 players that just have way stronger games. Wouldn't be surprised in a few months to see some changes to the pool. I've got a lot of leaks I'm aware of (and ones I'm not) that I'm working on but have been seeing leaks so big I can't comprehend.

I tend to be a huge call station in a lot of spots that I think pop overbluffs but at same time I've made a ridic number of nitty river folds vs fishregs this week.

Playing good, feel good about my game, will make some adjustments over the coming weeks. Feel like mostly just ran about 1-2/10 vs recs/whales and maybe 4-5/10 vs regs. Think if run reasonable next week/end of month will do pretty good in this pool. A lot of regs I think have weak mechanical games but adjust well which can be fine but long term will struggle when card distribution evens out.

Been slacking on my PIO study last 2-3 weeks. Got my new laptop today so have lots of PIO spots to grind much more efficiently with this new beast!

100nl, ran pretty ugly but got back to even stevens.

Week #2 is in. Volume pretty piss poor, had a few irl things to do, am improving my routines to improve volume. Want to be hitting minimum 60k hands a month.

After 1.5 weeks of being crushed by recs at 200nl found heat. Starting to go on a god run. Still far behind my study goals last 3 weeks, still in process of transferring to a new laptop.

Will post some HH later as super tired. Here's a sick one vs a agro whale. Think I snap called in game for biggest pot iv won at 200nl.

That's a wrap of April. Pretty disappointing.

Didn't get to play a full schedule had friends visiting/time off. Put in one big session end of month and got crushed for -2k. Tables were great too, just continued the month tradition of losing stack after stack to recs/agro whales. This definitely had an affect on my overall play.

While I did run really poorly in key pots vs the spot(s) at the table I also didn't play good and stick to my rules/adjustments that helped me crush last month. Made a lot of suboptimal frustration call downs vs regs towards end of month too that was poor play on my side.

I think my mental game/resilience/fortitude is not where it needs to be yet as a professional. it's improving but I lose far more than I should lose when I'm on a downswing than normal. I play sub optimal.

Have been siming lots of spots in PIO and have plugged some leaks this month but won't be changing a lot regarding my game. Think just ran really bad mostly and played a bit worse as a result. Will move down to nl100 till I feel confident again then move up probably mid way though month.

I think the single biggest edge gain for me would be to improve my mental game/resilience. Watching Gman on Joey's podcast was a real eye opener. So will devote more of my study time to improving how I deal with losing.

NL 100/200 (mostly nl200)

What it looks like not winning almost any showdown/value bet all in vs rec/mega whales all month. I play a lot of HUNL/shothanded that also is really swingy but also still tilt a bit.

Hopefully this month is a big one and hit peak form again! lfg!

Month so far : brutal. Struggle to win any pots/hit draws, feel like just running nut low most spots. Not really playing spewy either just having to constantly fold from worst runouts/draws bricking.

Other than some tilt in one of the sessions have been tilt free so far this month but definitely frustrated. I play a lot of HUNL vs some regs that I know are making so many range errors, frustrating again running under EV/ also massively under realising equity.

For the positives :
-working hard in the PIO streets, feel am really really developing.
-tilting far less even though I'm just getting crushed over and over.

Goals for rest of month :
-hit 6Ok hands
-Continue working on mental game and bring A game to tables.
-End some sessions earlier if getting frustrated as I can definately feel a buildup.
-Continue smashing out pio sims.
-Try and get out of DS and have a shot at nl2OO end of month.

Pretty used to running bad, has happened a few times and I've come out of it as a much stronger player. Hopefully find some heat towards end of month and every reg that's been enjoying the sun might meet the storm. vamoo!
