Couldn't figure out how to post yesterdays graph so I just posted the link but I think I figured it out now. I'm also going to the Toronto Maple Leafs game tonight so I may not be able to play today although I'll see if I can get a few hours in when I'm home after and give another update.

So I played just over 1000 hands today at 5NLZOOM.

Things started out pretty well

.....but then took a quick turn for the worst lol

It's definitely to be expected though I had been running well to start this 50,000 hand challenge vs my buddy.

Hey guys quick update,

So I've been doing everything I can to get some hands in even though I've been working quite a bit. Although I'm not going to let that be an excuse though as I can always make time *see goals for the month below graphs*. Here are the graphs of my past 3 sessions:

Friday:

Saturday:

Sunday: (today) I'll be playing another session later but this is the first one

Ok so with my job these are going to be tough to get done by the end of October but I want to set them because I know when I do there's a good chance I'll get them done.

1) 100 hrs of online play
2) 30+ hrs of study (not including podcasts which I listen to frequently)

*to date I have:
26 hours of online play
21 hours of study

So I put in another session yesterday and here's the final graph:

... my reaction to looking at my red line after the session

Not much to say here this session was about as ugly as it gets haha. It was one of those sessions where every villain seemed to be getting there. Terrible run-out after terrible run-out. I'm actually super happy with myself as I didn't tilt and continued to get away from my hands when I knew I was beat. I'll be looking to bounce back today with a nice long session.

Quick update: In the past few days I've played 4.5hrs and I'm up about 4 buyins (all of that coming on Tuesday as yesterday was a breakeven session). I'm starting to realize this 100hr goal that I set for online play this month is going to be pretty damn difficult as I still have about 60hrs to go but I'll be giving it my best shot. I'll be posting some hands sometime over the next few days and would appreciate some feedback from anyone following the thread. I'll also post an end of month graph with my results at nl5z - I think posting daily graphs from each session may be a bit much but I'm open to feedback.

Just finished up a ~3000 hand session (nl5z) and it's just past 4am here so I did play slightly tired but I worked all day and so playing late was my only option. As far as the session goes I feel like I played really solid and did my best to stay focused at all times. I ran quite a bit under AIEV as you can see in the graph below but I managed to avoid tilt and just stay competitive and implement things that I've been learning. I've also been running above AIEV prior to this session so this was to be expected at some point.

I just finished up a ~4000 hand session of nl5z and I'm really pissed off with how I played. It was another day where I just seemed to be folding like crazy in spots and eventually I think some bad play crept in so I'll be reviewing every significant hand from the session when I wake up tomorrow. So far I've played just over 50hrs of online nl5z this month and about ~21,000 hands. As far as the 50,000 hand challenge at nl5z that I have going with my buddy, it's going well. I honestly think this has been the first session that I'm truly upset with my play and feel like I didn't have anywhere close to my A game at the tables. But anyways I'll post a graph at the mid way point and then again at the conclusion of the 50,000 hands and hopefully if things continue the way they are I'll be moving up to nl10z.

Swing lookin good Eldrick, hope to see you at Augusta

You're results are really good at 5nl. Are you in any discord groups? I would love to sweat you sometime.

What does discord do that Skype does not? I've heard a lot of people talk-up discord lately!

It's very similar to Slack, which is a platform for work/project etc. Give it a try you'll understand

I just got home from a live session where I had a really tilting thing happen to me within my first orbit which I'll post about when I wake up since it's 4am here and I don't feel like doing a big write up right now.

Haha, love the Tiger reference, I've been watching his swing videos too they look promising. I'm just really hoping his back holds up because seeing as he's now had 4 major back surgeries this may be his last shot at a comeback - and whether you love or hate Tiger golf isn't the same without him playing (although I do still enjoy watching it as I'm a golfer myself).

And thanks for the compliment about my results. I know it isn't a huge sample though and I know I have a lot to work on so I don't really expect to maintain this WR but who knows. And yeah that sounds good man I just made a discord account and a new email related to my 2+2 username to keep things simple. My account name is TWoods#4408. I'm not really sure how to add anyone or make a group yet but add me if you can!

Here is a link to a discord I am in. Feel free to come by and say hi. Usually has some activity in evenings EST.

https://discord.gg/ffbravX

His full swing does look like it's making a lot of progress but I'm curious to see how his short game touch is. He's struggled with that since 2013. Regardless, the Tour is still a ton of fun to watch at the moment, I'm excited to see if JT can maintain his form into next season.
