Pushed hard to meet my goals this week. Was actually on track to meet my "arrive 15 min prior" goal until today. So made it 4 out of the 5 days.
Actually ran a 3mi run on Tuesday and biked to-and-from all 5 days for a total of 6 days of cardio.
Did the CW1 and finished creating and did CW2. Found them both to be at least a little difficult. But I can feel the difference in trunk strength and that's exactly what I want from doing them. Will continue w/these in WK 12.
Pretty much memorized the set RFI ranges by position. Prob not w/o hesitation 100%, but happy enough w/it to give myself the "X".
I took breaks at the 55min mark except for 1 sesh in which I forgot to set the timer. I still remembered to take the break only ~10 min past the 55 min mark so I still give myself the "X" here.
Created 2 threads and I posted in at least 2 threads. This is helping my game and it's something I enjoy. I like looking at these threads during downtime at work.
I played only during the structured time. Sure I thought about playing outside that time, but stuck to it. The purpose of this is to separate play from the rest of life. I think sticking to this goal was key to hitting so many other goals.
