Building a bankroll with 18 man SnGs. Micro-stakes. Building a bankroll with 18 man SnGs. Micro-stakes.

Hey. I have been playing poker for a few years now, a lot of on and off again, and never anything serious, and of course micro-limits.
I have tried different formats, cash games, 9 and 6 handed, MTTs, and different sized SnGs.
What I always seems to be coming back to and doing fairly well in is the 18 man SnGs.

I was unable to sleep night to Monday this week, and started doing some calculations. Unless I was way off, I'll be able to cash out a small chunk of cash every month by playing 18 man SnGs, which would be nice as a student with no other income.

So, this is my current plan:
Bankroll at February 1, $20.

- Play on average 20 SnGs every day.
- Starting with the $1.5 buy-in until I get my bankroll up to $170, which means I can give $3.5 a shot without cashing a single one the first day, and still have $100 left.
- 6 tables at a time.

I would love to add more tables, but with tiled tables anything over 6 gets way too small. I'm pretty sure I found an option in pokerstars where I could make a custom layout, but I'm haven't found it again, lol.

So that's pretty much it so far. Hoping to have played at least 600 SnGs by the end of February, and be able to move up to $3.5 on the 20.

Almost done with the first 100 SnGs now.

After a very good start, 6 tabeling 3 and 4 sessions Monday and Tuesday, I found the option to make a custom layout for sorting your table on pokerstars. So on Wednesday I tried 12 tabeling, which did not work out too well. Kinda sucks when I'm not able to see the whole windows at all times.

Tried with another session with 9 tables, and tilted pretty badly when I lost 4 hands of KK/AA all-in pre-flop within the first 5 minutes of starting that session.
Managed to get back some of the money lost today by going back to 6 tabeling. I may give 9 tables a shot again this weekend, as 6 tables can be a bit slow at times.

Anyway, here's the stats from the first 4 days:

Nice man - What's your reason for not playing 45man 1,5 turbos? Just curious.
