Reporting day 12:

**** just got serious, today i made 30+ dollars, my biggest profits ever in one day, i think my game is improving a lot, also my bankroll is 177 dollars, when i make to 250 i'll go to NL10!

Also i'll take the rest of the day off and tomorrow will go out, i have been playing a lot and it's crazy to stay home for so long.

I hope i begin at NL10 by tuesday =D

Here is the graph of the day:

And silverstar =D

Reporting day 13
Took the day off, went out to the cinema, relaxed but still made some money:
got ITM on the 30k GTD weekly for silverstars+ on stars,
i think it's a pretty soft MTT, i was unlucky, got KK only 1 time, QQ one time too, and did only around 5 moves in the entire tourney, decided to play tight since all villains were shoving a lot, i think they do that because it's cheap to get in, whatever, i'm there for maximizing the money, and i think i got the maximum i could with my cards.
also lost on a coin flip situation, only which i've been =(

today i got around 12 dollars, not much, played a little of NL2 zoom 6-max just to relax

now lemme write my goals:
tomorrow and monday i'll try to beat NL5 the hardest i can, of course i won't overdo it, i expect to play around 4k hands a day, i hope i run hot so i can get more 50 bucks and go to NL10.

Regardless of the results, counting if i'm not below 200 dollars i'll move to NL10 on tuesday, if i'm lower then i'll grind it out until i reach it.

I tought about going there with 25 buy-ins, but in order to complete my challenge i'll need to get more aggressive with my bankroll, and i think i'm in the level to beat NL10, i'm very comfortable with my pre-flop and post-flop playing and i think i can show up with really good reads and strategy even while 12-tabling, making me a tough player to play against.

If everything goes right, i'll have like 1.5-2 weeks to beat NL10 and make my bankroll good enough to go to NL25, finishing my challenge =)

i hope i can do it =D

BTW, i'm playing as TAG, and i think it's better to go like that, since i can't multitable hard as a LAG, and i'm always looking for a better winrate, so TAG is king.

Although i think i'll work out on my LAG game later(probably at 6-max)

Reporting day 14 and week 2:
day began very well, i've won a lot of pots, but began doing weird mistakes, decided to stop since i wasn't confident about my game
tomorrow i'll try to play 6k hands, and i changed my mind about NL10, i'll go there when i have a 250 BR.

Reporting day 15:
i decided today to focus on my LAG style, so i dropped down some tables,
and also i decided not to go on a rush to NL10 until i feel well with that way of playing.
i know things will slow down a bit, but i have to do that.
i was playing like a nit rather than TAG, so i think it has to chance when i go to NL10,
maybe because of that i may not beat the challenge, but i think it will be better for my poker.

also ended the day break-even, so i won't post graphs here,
also i was above my all in ev(faced kings vc aces twice)

Reporting day 16 and 17

Volume decreased drasticaly because of drinking issues:
friends went back into town and i drank with my brother while playing some dota,

i gave some shots on NL10 and went into some weird coolers such as set vs flush, flush vs flush, AA vs K3 fullhouse lol

i'll do my best to keep 4k hands and i'll play at NL10!

volume decreased A LOT, been playing dota,
i was doing pretty well on NL10btw, but today got the best bad beats of my poker career lol

lost 80 dollars in 700 hands,
50 dollars below EV.

it seems i won't beat NL25, but i'm doing my best to beat NL10, let's see if i can beat it =D

Challenge ended!

yeah guys, this challenge is done, the month is gone and lemme tell you the results:
i couldn't reach NL25, i played only half of the hands that i expected to play(90k hands played, needed 180k hands),
i couldn't win 1k dollars neither.

But i changed my game a lot, improved as a player and still got some sweet profit
i'm beating NL10, it's impressive to go from almost broke at NL2 to NL10 winner in 1 month!

I've made 320 dollars in this journey, counting bonuses, vip stellar awards, silverstar tourneys too =)

and i was far below EV, 50 dollars below, so i was supposed to have won 370 dollars on this crusade.

Thank you guys for the advice and all those who came here and saw my improvement.

Now i'm facing a bigger challenge, it will last 1.5 years and i'm trying to save 6k dollars to play live on Punta Del Este in 2014 and pwn some noobs over there, also trying to get some chicks =D

Later on my next vacations i'll begin another challenge, i'll probably go for crushing NL50 and becoming a silverstar.

Here are the graphs:

i'll try to keep my silverstar status and try to grind around 100 dollars per month until december playing 15k hands

so then i'll make another challenge, probably i'll try to move from NL10 to NL50 in one month, grinding hard on ZOOM!
