Most sites that have Euro tables also have USD tables, so you can choose. I think there might be a network or two that only offer Euro tables; hopefully others can tell us.
As for what if you have 33% rakeback, well, then you'd only be paying 67% of the higher rake. But you'd still be paying higher rake. And if you take my sage advice and kickback bonus whore, you'll have to find out if bonuses clear any quicker on Euro tables.
But I don't think it's quite as simple as just avoiding the Euro tables no matter what. On some sites, the Euro tables might be a lot softer. You need to decide this on a case-by-case basis. Just be aware of the rake issue.
