Yesterday I went on a full day beach trip with my GF and a few friends. We drove just over 2 hours into beach country, which is essentially cottage country for Brazilians with lots of small gated communities for beach houses along all the best stretches of beach up and down the northeast coast.

I don't bother with taking a lot of pictures, so that's about it without going to the effort of sending them from other phones. But here's one of my cat

On the health and fitness side, I went for a 5km run at one point in the day. 2.5km up the beach and back, which was a nice little experience. At one point between hot spots I had a good 1km of beach completely to myself.

Also today after a 7km run I purchased my first bottle of whey protein. I'm one of those people now I guess haha

Haha thanks guys. I do have the occasional steak + lots of red meat down here, and even more chicken. so much chicken, but still its like impossible for me to hit a recommended intake of protein. This is just a nice boost! Also very effective when it can be taken easily after a workout rather than trying to prepare a whole meal

I just keep winning a ton of hands like QQ vs AA, AK vs KK and KK vs AA aipf lately. Im like 4k over ev this month because of these aipf binks hahaha

Grind is going good and I feel good with my play. Ive made some good progress with my mental game and tactical game lately and I think ill be able to improve my game continually for the next few months with the path im on. Hopefully that evbb comes with it soon.
