I played 175 hours this month (fml), will start doing better keeping track of hands and try to post 1 a day from now on, skip posting weekends and post a couple on Mondays...

Thanks for the interest....I still suck at the gym only went 6 times in January and want to go 4 a week, need to stop being a lazy PoS

Nice thread. Getting comfortable in the gym is pretty easy. Just buy 4 sessions with a personal trainer (make sure you like the trainer first). Be totally honest with them and explain that you want to learn a bunch of different techniques and workouts. Workout once a week for a month and keep track of all the lifts/exercises they show you. Then when you're on your own, continue doing those and visit a site like bodybuilding.com and learn/practice additional lifts.

Thought games would be great tonight but I guess everyone is off partying for the super bowl already.

Was offered drugs / partying multiple times this week and turned them down to do productive things, feeling a lot better about that personally than any poker win rate. Hope everyone has fun partying for the super bowl tomorrow be safe and I'll be back with some hands on Monday

Built a stack and busted both bullets in pretty sick fashion. Will post full update tomorrow. Lost top set to turned straight yesterday and QQ vs AQ and AQ today with 50 minutes left for a lot. Played really well so can't be to upset (but I am)....back to the cash grind soon

Played a moderate session today in a fairly slow game. Was getting bored when this hand came up

Fish opens MP 15. I flat 8❤️9♥️ Younger kid who thinks he's good flats button

(Flop 53) - Q❤️T♣️6♦️ Fish check. I 40 Kid flat Fish fold

(Turn 133) - K♦️ I bet 65 Kid calls

(River 263) - K❤️ I check Kid 85 me 260 Ben fold

Didn't think if I bet River I fold out any Qx so was giving up, when he bets 85 it seems like thin value so I check raise to fold out all his Qx and lose to only KJ

Thoughts?

my bad, 1k eff starting, fish opening loves to call and overplay his hands

Kid on button thinks hes real good, i think he may be intimidated by me and i own him a lot, he also thinks im a station on river so usually goes fairly wide.

I have never really check raised him on river but have checked river a few times with nuts and he checked back so i have shown that down

Flop 8♦️4♠️2♠️ SB Chk I Chk Reg 65 500 eff folds to me and I make it 175 planning on ripping every spade, diamond, T, J, 9 turn.?

So much in pot and puts all his overpairs in terrible spots on turns except like A♠️Ax or K♠️Kx?

Reg who opened is super peely and doesn't apply tons of pressure, sucks to get ripped on otf but didn't think that happened much

very very chuffed....if i have that hourly anymore months i will be the most chuffed human tbh, hoping i can keep it somewhere around 70+ for the year over a 2k hour sample (1500 hours being realistic)

It's going ok, stopped posting due to lack of interest in the thread. Pumped for summer, have a house booked from may 27-July 15 and Gonna fire hard so let's hope it goes well. Will update during wsop with some fun stories and hopefully a bink
