soooo i spent a week at home and with me not being hospitalized it was a nicer visit than last time

last minute i decided to take my gym gear with me so that i dont have an off week right after doing fitness for a week. went 3 times and really started enjoying my sessions. gonna return tomorrow for the classic chest and triceps day. i ve been doing a legs/cardio hyprid as my third day bc i really wanna lose some fat and hate leg day so have gone from 15 minutes on a bike to 60 min in my last session on friday. might start running again soon too actually now tha ti can handle long times of cardio but gonna do 1-2 more 60-90 min sessions before i change anything drastic. def have been improving in weights i can do in almost all exercises whihc is obv hugely motivating.

played a sesh today and did quite well but was extreme bridesmaid all day:

went back to the early grizzle today and despite running absolutelay aidsy i somehow enjoyed the sesh. probably bc i just kept palying super well throughout, getting the feeling that everybody sucks is kidna nice when results dont go ur way it turns out. surprise surprise.

played a llittle bit fewer mtts than i would like but i ll play more 4 day weeks of those days than i would playing 150 mtts/day so its all good

Winrate for year is somewehere around 5-6 bb/100 over like 800k hands if I had to guess.

Statements like "too low for your skill level" are pretty subjective btw. Who s to say I would even come close to crushing a higher abi given how I have structured my life around poker when lifetime gameselecting everything above 55$ super hard I ve managed an roi of like 5%? I prefer not having to deal with swings that come with playing higher- if u wanna check out how ridic those can get just check out sephirots thread, I d guess my ev playing higher would be the same as my current one anyway once I make all the excess art adjustments to table count volume and prep so really there s no point for someone like me, but that same doesn't have to hold true for you
