Think the main issues during my trip were

A) grinding online on a shtty chair and laptop and not having my usual stress busters with me

C) being sick
D) many alcohols

All triggers I usually don't have in my everyday life. Esp not having chips to riffle with when grinding hurt as funny as that sounds
