so ya i realize i ve neglected this thread a slight bit but that had a what i would call valid reason.
i ended up proposing (and getting engaged) to my gf of 5 years over the weekend
naturally the lead up to that took up a little of my focus (and said lead up included an aboslutely insane amount of messups on my end, to the point where i was genuinely surprised to have pulled off a surprise lol)
i ll probably post pics and the whole story at a later point but its def a fun one
just feeling a little dead atm so trying to sort that out and then get back on track before our trip to safariland
so ya we were away for the weekend and i dont think i had set goals for last week (?) cbf to check but i will set fresh goals for the next 11 days.
[ ] play 5 sessions
[ ] study/coach 5 times
[ ] gym 5 times
[ ] eat one healthy meal daily (preferably salad, but can be some low card protein thing breakfast too)
