went swimming and its absoluely amazing. will be going weekly if i can, membership somewhat expensive and considering i can just go swim in the river in summer i think i ll jsut do singles every time

went 3x and knocked out another session jsut after my sunday grind today to make it 3.5? nailed form and increased weights back to PB levels in most exercizes. sadyl couldnt do 100% on my chest workout as in set 3 of the bench press my wrist started aching. gonna keep watch and hope it was a one time thing

today was a really annoying session. made final tables in the bigger $44 and the $55 50k on party and finished in the most unspectacular fashion:
busted with aces in 3b pot in b44 getting it in with 0% ev on turn for cl spot. cool.
made 2x day 2s over on french stars so hoping for a repeat of last monday
