didnt do this but played 3 super high quality ones which is def prefered over 4 average ones. probably my strongest week of online poker in forever. hit all my pre session golas wrt my ranges, played high focus and didnt tilt. hope to keep this level of play up going into the rest of march

hit this and hit perosonal bests in most of the exercizes i did again. going for maintenance this week and then decent chance i get to 100kg bench the week after.

easily did this and cooked a bunch as a bonus. one downside is i smoked one ciggy while drinking with a bunch of gf friends in a room fullof cig smoke. was like might as well lol. hated it wont be endulging till i get super drunk next which i dont intend to be for quite a while (laaaaame)

did one in depth and reviewed my gameplay and stats after and before every session so will make this count.

couldnt do this but 99% to get it sorted this upcoming week.


overall really happy wiht how the week went, was done with everything i had set otu to do on friday so had a nice saturday with the gf. on top of that i managed to wash ALL the clothes in the dirty bin that had piled up, that took i think 9x full washing mashines. now that hting is empty for the first time since i moved into this place

todays session sadly didnt go my way, quality was there but my internet died mid sesh at the same time as party decided to fk out and so i was scramblign to ge tthings working again and fromthat point on all my hopes went to sht. had a bunch of stacks on party that got cancelled and likely will be refunded under value and ran pretty meh itm in both stars milly and acr milly.
