Ive been grinding 10nlz for a while and have recently been taking a shot at 16nlz which isnt going great. Been around be at 10nlz but running over ev and rb has allowed me to take shots at 16nlz but im tired of being be now and want to improve.

any feedback would be appreciated, gl at the tables
edit: will start doing a BR update - at $320 currently
im pretty comfortable with 3 tables now so should be getting more volume, also discovered a few big leaks and my red line has been improving. ive even had sessons with a positive red line which ive never had before. gonna post some of the biggest losing hands.

Things have been pretty ****ty poker wise and ended up on a roughly 15bi downswing. BR now at 500 so I am gonna start at 10nlz again to re-build confidence. Also gonna go back to 2 tabling for now and concentrate on quality over quantity.

finished my break from poker and played first session since the last post and lost 4 bi's in 300 hands haha. gonna post few of the hands but don't think they are that interesting.
guess we have to check the river, would have gave up without hitting the pair otr aswell, block the hands we want to fold and will occasionally win at sd
QJ - you can do both but i prefer xr as kq will prob bet call at 10nl but might just call if you bet
A4 - i'd cbet 1/3 on flop, cbet turn 75% and xb river. so pretty similar
gl!
Yh I agree with all of this. Only reason why I didn't bet 1/3 pot with a4 is because he has the sets and we dont also on this texture I won't be betting range. Would u still bet 1/3 pot on boards like this?
Given you immediate goal is to improve I suggest you start posting stats and reads. it will enable followers to make far more meaningful comment.
I play these stakes - they are incredibly fishy (at certain times, see below), which means a ton of your plays will be (or should be) exploitive/unbalanced.
Knowing when you are balanced or unbalanced is kinda essential for decent analysis.
hint: unknown/no reads is still useful information, it tells us you are playing off a population read.
Also, playing at the right time of day has a massive affect on your winrate; late at night or very early GMT up to 25nlz is full of fish. Play then, study during the day.

gonna be a bit of a rambly post, im kinda stuck in terms of what direction to go.
since starting to update the thread again and playing 10z im down just over 11 bi's in 8K hands and I just feel kind of lost in terms of what to do lol. as you can see from my graphs previously ive been a slight winner at 5z, 10z and 16z over like 115k hands and never had a downswing this bad. I know they can happen but it just seems crazy for this to just be variance.
what would you guys recommend, keep going or just move down etc. any help would be greatly appreciated
11 bi is nothing, that can happen in like a bad session or two. I wouldn't move down unless BR is getting short, keep working on your game and it'll turn around again.
quick update, im gonna top up back to $500 and gonna start my database today so ive got a fresh start.
goals:
don't check results until end of the month
play max of 2 zoom tables
post hands in this thread everyday
take regular breaks and don't play too long session
actually study (never done any off the table study work loool)
undecided on whether I should bet or check turn, bet as there are a lot of draws, pair + draws and will have weaker 1 pair hands, have to fold AP I think. also otr, if it is a blank are we betting for value or x/c, if we bet what size do we use?
what do you guys think of raising turn then giving up otr if we miss? or is how I played it best. guess we can also raise flop but decided not to due to his pot sizing
Turn: ($2.19) 2 (3 players)
Hero bets $1.32, CO raises to $3.12, BTN calls $3.12, Hero calls $1.80
River: ($11.55) Q (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $6.12 and is all-in, 2 folds
Spoiler:
Results: $11.55 pot ($0.52 rake)
Final Board: 9 9 6 2 Q
BTN mucked and lost (-$3.80 net)
Hero mucked Q A and lost (-$3.80 net)
CO mucked and won $11.03 ($7.23 net)
gross spot ott and otr, the raiser ott was a fish, thought we had to call but can we fold? otr its close again but cant see enough bluffs from fish multiway
this was vs fish but no reads, overbet river to target flushes and worse qx, is a 1/2 pot bet better to get him to call wider and maybe he will still jam flushes?
