Minor update.... We just got a big bankroll boost curtsey of The Deal!

I started using my starcoins.... anything that is above 100..... mostly just get 2 star coins A HAND or somethin over 10 HANDS.... but today. happen to get a straight flush!.... I have it on for 10 hands... so it was quite a sight to see the cards turn over one at a time.. 9...8....7..6... we were open ended for a straight flush.... boom 5 of clubs! $250. Good for 25 buy-ins!

The weirdest sequence of hands just happened to me. Wondering if it ever happened to anyone else before. So I'm posting two hands below.. the first one happens first... and the second one, two hands later. For the second hand, I swear the whole time I am seeing A9 as my hole cards... and I am procedding to play it based on what's happening on the flop, turn, and river etc. But after the river.... I see the pot getting shipped to the opponent with AK... i;m like.. I have a full house ..wtf... immediately go into the hand histories and see that.. my hole cards are King 9. That can't be. Unless there was just some freaking werid mirage in my head... I am absolutely certain I had A9 there!. Not to mention this is the ONE time the whole time I have been playing since yesterdya and today where I even continue to play the hand with more than 130bb starting stack. Just really strange. I know your mind plays tricks at times.... but I have no explanation for why I would be seeing A9 as my whole cards and only to find out it was K9! ..

This is just absolutely bad play on my part... can't defend it anyway. From the very beginning of the hand to the end.... when we burn money...we burn like a moron! I even know that he's never calling the all in shove without the flush. So it's a standard at best just call on the river. Putting it out here more for accountability on my part.

I did not want to 3Bet flop and get all the worse hands out..plus the original preflop raiser was still left to act. On the turn i made the decision to check and call off all bets on bit the turn and the river s... My thinking was if i raise on the turn, the opponent will just fold away junk hands. If he has a 4... good for him playing that way. Most likely an Ove pair or just junk.

Classic mind fk..... Nice to get some respect around here.

Posting this hand more for self accountabilty than anything else. I punt stacks plenty. But this is just pure failure on not letting one misplay snowball into a disaster.


I know this player type. Ubernit. So I usually just 2/3 pot bet on this type of flop texture... when they ship here... they never have anything less than QQ+.. fairly certain. But I mis-clicked pressed the slightly overpot bet. And then when he ships as expected.. I should have just mucked as fast i could. Sigh... expensive mistake. But we get better!

At least Pokerstars was nice... immediately the hand I getto open a black chest...not expecting anything beside a dollar a dollar and few starcoins... but to find $15. Well thank you very much.
