First of all it very player dependend this guy is beating 1/2 stakes and still probably better then close to all player on this forum but he has not the high understanding of the game as higher stakes players have. He only play this stakes when he is a bit tilted is my view on him.

preflop i 3bet idk if good but i dont like folding and like 3betting more then flatting. Weird spot when everyones flat will not happen a lot but Flop check want to realise my equity hopefully get to showdown or spike a K.
Then this player bets the turn on a 10 the problem with this kind of "good" player but not world class like me is that i know his ranges better then he does his ranges himself. I know that it very unlikly that his SB flat range works good with this board on the turn, I make the assumsung that he does not understand this and so overbluff this spot to much so i cal. River jams i never go anywhere if he bluffing he will probably not stop and he insta push river to so it unlikly fullhouse or nothing i think. So i cal and takes his money.

Yeah I understand that is the first step to becoming a winning player. Honest self analyzation.

Lets say im winning player that has room for improvement.

For instance, I know its mostly dependent on situation, but what is a good enough high to always go for 3/4 with nut low. I started pushing any pair, bottom etc with my low, but found that I was losing 3/4 a lot of the time. Top pair seems to usually win me 3/4.

Where would you say the cut off should be for you trying to get your nut low all in to 3/4 the villain?

This question can mean 2 things

1. you are a usa player, then there is still hope for you to win some $ if you keep it to usa only sites.

2. you are not usa player, and you dont understand how poker works and thinks you can solve difficult range depending spots with some rules.

my advice dont play with your money or play micro stakes
