I think you messed up this 99 hand, but without stats it's hard to say something useful about it. You sized ok, but then you decide not to jam while you have 1 psb behind. Why do you keep 20bb for the river (when the pot is 160bb)?
Against a normal player @ 25z (where they don't bluff too much) we can easily XC flop and see a turn.

OBV. leaving only 20bb on the river, there 0% I'm going to fold river, but I find that 2/3 pot bet on the turn(leaving the 20bb behind) actually represents a strong hand better than just shoving, but in retrospect at THIS level, a jam on the turn is going to achieve the same result.
