Hi guys,

I've been playing poker now (again) for 18 months. Worked up my way from 2nl to playing 50z now. I am starting this PGC to share my experiences, post some hands and maybe to get into conversation with other zoom regulars. I try to keep my session length under 2 hours and hope to reach 60k+ hands in december.

What will I post here?
- weekly recap
- hands
- maybe some real life storys

Important point for me is posting hands, especially some where I failed hard due to tilt or whatever. Those loosing hands will kill my winrate and I cant afford having those In addition to that I will recap my 50z time after 100k hands and decide wether to go on playing zoom or start table selecting. My goal for those 100k hands is a winrate >3bb/100 and if I dont hit it we will see what happens.

Gonna fire up my first session in about 1 hour and post some hands afterwards.

Stay tuned boiiiiiiis

1st session for december in the books, luckily I didnt punt any stack. Finished breako, but nothing really to worry about. Now a few hands and one where I was ****ing lost.

both guys seem reggish and I was ****ing lost about the turn play. SB wont raise light here, but no way I could fold my NFD+BD here, BUT I was already worried about BU who could come over top and he did How would you guys play this hand?

    50z vs reg

    Preflop standard

Flop already is an important point (at least for me). He could be doing some thin value raises with Qx against my smallish cbet and of course has all 99/55 and occasionally some QQ too. I dont think that anybody here is raising without EQ and my Ks doesnt block that much FDs on this texture, AsAx would've been much better. Therefore a 3b OTF might be the best option already, what do you guys think?

Turn doesnt improve me that much besides my FDs, because I dont bet 9x. On the other hand only his FDs improve, because no body is raising 9x on the flop. Maybe I should bet here already...

River seems pretty safe and after his check I went for the massive value bet against Qx.

      **** yeah, best day ever!!!

Pool felt very very very good today and I didnt do any expensive mistakes though I found some "patterns" from regulars where I just need to find the expoloitive fold on the river. Donkjams on the river by regulars are ONLY stonecold ****ing nuts, I GOTTA FOLD THOSE!!!

Another sweet 500bb day in the books, punted 3-4 stacks at the beginning of the week, BUT **** happens. Weekly graph looks like this:

played solid 35h of 3tabling, might step up to 4tabling pretty soon.

Still not finding the right folds on the river Almost nobody there is raising and barreling Jx there for 3 bullets. River brings his flush and he never ever has enough bluffs, but yeah cant find the right button.

To be honest I am part of a CFP program. After finishing the preflop stuff, I started doing GTO stuff with PIO and then we have group coachings covering a bunch of different topics.

Well, dropped 850bb today in 2 sessions and will quit for today. Normally I'd have gone for a third session, but I'm sure that I wont play my A-game today anymore and will start again with a hopefully resettet mindset. At the moment I'm thinking of buying Tiltbreaker, because I got the feeling that I'm not really tilting, but slipping into bad play when I'm down a bunch. Overall the pool didnt feel that good today, but yeah I played a lot last weekend and the pool was just terrific back then.
Saw some moves from regulars where I just thought WTF?! I'll share some of them with you.

UTG is a fishreg who 4 tables with 20/5 and limp/calls 80% therefore I went for the big open and he didnt disappoint me at all. The guy on the button is a regular.
On the flop I was pretty sure that only the UTG guy could have a set here, because regs normally iso with TT/66 and even 22 and I dont see really many Tx in a overlimping range Turn jam made 0 sense to me and I just stacked off.

Hand played with 2 fish and 1 regular (SB). Flop pretty clear lead with GS+FD and only the reg calls me. He might have some J9, other Jx and some lower flushdraws. Turn is pretty blanky so I just go on betting big and river is the next blank. I think I'm pretty strong and could valuebet easily, but NOPE.

As long as I see those kind of regs playing I think that I'm +EV in this pool, though dropping 850bb in 1 session feels cruel. To be honest I punted away around 120bb today what I'm not proud of. Here a little example of what I mean.

Hand was played against a fish.

Thanks! If nobody would make mistakes, then we wouldnt make any moniez, right?

Important point for me about these mistakes is that you wanna avoid/minimize them. If I lose 60bb on the river with my estimated winrate of 3bb/100, then I have to play additional 2k!!!!! hands to retrieval those. Gonna try to avoid those dumb mistakes and make some big folds on the river.

Already 3k hands in the books this morning, gotta leave for university now and will pretty likely come back to the tables for another session.

Maybe this could be a hand where I should play the river differently. Every 2p/straight/set will bet on the river and I dont get into these uggly spots. Ingame I thought that a set would raise on the turn normally and didnt see any straights on the river for him, but would he raise a 2p all in here on the river? I just gotta find 17% of bluffs/worse hands on the river and I am pretty sure to find them against an unknown player. What do you guys think? How do you play this river?

                  did msg you

Almost breako for the week, pretty happy with my game currently. Got owned by a reg today who tanked down 120s only to jam with quads

This hand shows one of my main leaks I'm currently working on. I could raise on the flop and then should raise on the turn, but I am a passiv moa****ah. Gotta get more aggggggggroooooo scandinavian style

Played pretty solid, made a few mistakes deep where I dont feel very comfortable yet, but should play better as the avg reg on that limit. Lured this boy into the pot, no way I could bet bigger anywhere and get called.

Another 4h aka 3,7k hands in the books and today I felt the heat. Made close to 6 stacks today and now I am almost half way through my way to 100z

Had some ridicolous fish at the tables, they won some stacks and I lost some to them, so everything weighted out.

Incredible runout against a fish, but I dodged his bullet. Should I maybe just overbet pumpfist jam it on the turn?
