Took a year off poker. Got tired of grinding it up than getting totally ****-faced and busting my roll. Hoping doing this will keep me from doing that. I just want to get better and not blow rolls. (Started donking around a bit last month)

I am also working camp work up north at dry camps so I can't get all ****ty and play which should help for most of the time.

I guess I'm starting with 5 BI's at 2nl.

Rules aren't going to be too crazy
-min 10,000 hands at any stake
-BR can be aggressive at min 10 BI's ( except to start at 2 nl)

I only play about an hour a day on average 2 tables Zoom.

Posting this before my first session.

Also something that is interesting is all my profit was from redline at 2nl-5nl when I was messing around, and that consistent for through my 20,000 hands. Definitely play a lot more hands than I used to, I also think we will find that I bet too much. Hoping to get some followers to go over my stats as I get around 10k hands or so.
Anyways,

Let's begin...

First session. Rough start with unsuccessful 3 street bluff. Things picked up. Probably cause Rihanna BBHMM came on.

I'll post a couple hands in a bit...

I hear ya. I find some villains who snap call flop and turn bets try to act like they aren't going anywhere and then fold when their draw doesn't come in. This time the draw came in and I chunked anyways. And flawshhhh.. On a four flush hah.

why play zoom ? looking at the lobby they seem to run at ~10% vpip , so betting like you appear to be you are likely to run a worse hand into a better one a lot , win small pots and lose big ones . WIth regular tables you could table select and get soome really fishy players to beat .

Ya that seems like it might be true. If you look at first graph there my red line is all my profit where my blue line is around 0. I was looking at another post which I'll find titled ' should I try to increase my red line' his graph is almost exactly like mine, with about the same number of hands, except blue and red lines are reversed. I believe he was zoom as well.

I'm still trying to figure that out. Not sure 20,000 is enough to see for sure. I do like the number of hands I see in zoom without worrying about table selection. Also I find I get played back at less at zoom as people see so many other players there is hardly much meta game. They seem more likely to give up and move on to the next hand instead of putting up a fight.

I also think my profits mostly comes from the tighter players that want good showdowns. If I double and triple barrel with nothing they are more likely to give up anything less than top pair. Although I do try to keep notes on the villains that call me down with A high or small pp's.

Played terrible. Calling down sooo light. Didn't really feel like playing probably shouldn't have. Rihanna BBHMM came on near the end though so that saved me.

Terrible session again, got lucky with rivering nuts and decided to shut er down. Starting not to call down so light, keep forgetting not everyone plays like me.
