I wanted to create a PGC thread for my final semester since I am taking a reduced load and want to see how I can do playing poker full time. I have been playing for the past 3 years with nothing really impressive to show for it. I started taking it a little more serious summer 2018 and ended this year up a few Gs after playing ~130K hands online and some live. Currently I am playing 100NL and my goal for this year is to move up to 500NL. I plan on putting in at least 10K hands a week for this semester and then I am not sure what will happen after that since life will probably get busy. The goal is to update this thread everyday so I can see my progress on here, but I might end up updating weekly. I plan on posting some HH (which will most likely be straight spew) so anyone that wants to constructively discuss hands with me can feel free to do so.
This is my online graph from 2018:
I have high hopes for 2019 so come follow my progress!
Just curious on this hand what villain had. My initial thoughts were that pop would generally just jam turn with most of their value and some bluffs and turn checks would be more weighted towards bluffs and less value. So, I'd expect you to get called otr at a pretty high frequency since we block some of his folding range with an ace. I think him being oop, a lot of hands we'd hope for him to fold otr would just jam flop against a 1/3rd psb(flush draws and oe straight draws). So if this is the case, as an exploit, perhaps checking with our value hands ott (since there's really no bad river cards) and jamming our bluffs ott (where we have the most fold equity) would be the best line? I think you get stationed pretty hard in this spot. I would think they would call all t/x, obviously q/x, and JJ, maybe 99 or 88. It's hard for me to imagine a hand that calls flop and folds river, since we have the ace of clubs in our hand. 88, AJs? A few combos of AK maybe though i expect those to 5 bet jam.

Spoiler:
Hey man!
I remember at the table I played this hand at, a lot of people were calling 4! extremely light: low pp and suited connectors. So I thought since that was the case range checking turn was a better play than just jamming turn. Also people at 100NL on ignition like to float their Ace highs in 3! and 4! pots in my experience suuuuper wide like w/out bdfd. So I thought that on top of the hands you listed with these combos taking the line villain took I could get away with my line. Not 100% on my logic probably just straight spew on my part but thats why I'm on here!
Just going to post the month graph even though its a little early:
Super good month until i decided to shot take 1/2 I'll let you guess where that happened on the graph. Didn't even play bad just got dumpstered but it be like that sometimes.

RIP this week. Didnt run well and lost a bunch of buy ins. I don't really tilt off stacks but get super tilted when running bad which is bad for my mental game so I didn't put in as much volume this week. Dropped down to 50nl to try to ride this out and get back on my game. Also down another 10BI on a home game which makes it about 30Bi downswing after I just had one in december so tilted.

I'm curious why you chose to double check raise as opposed to just continuing and leading on the turn. Not saying that it's wrong or anything. Anyway GL and hope you run it up!
