Smile *Award* Laziest Full time Player in 2016----Lets Change that!!

Let me first announce that I am self proclaiming myself as the Laziest Full time Player 2016, I have grinded no more than 800hours in that year. So if you think you have what it takes to take this off me. All I could say is

"Dude what the hell!!"

With that out of the way,

Hello there

Originally, I wanted to do an outlook on how to get to be a full time grinder. But it turned out to be quite long, So i will leave it in a Spoiler tap down there if you are interested.

2017 will be very important to me, not because of the typical "I am going to make it this year", but because I promised myself that I will have to seriously evaluate at the time I am 30 if I could make this work, or accept reality and move on, I am 29 now. So what's better than starting the year with a bang.

By chance, my friend has a place in London to sublet for 2 months and I could snatch it for really really cheap, so this would be a great opportunity to grind full time in London to test out the water.

Something about me:
-I am from Birmingham
-Full time grinder since 2014 March
-Main game is £1/2
-Suck online, Simply cannot win, Not Even $10NL!!!
-Everyone says I am golden at Live poker
-Had a somewhat Tilt problem towards the end of 2016

Main goal:
-First and Foremost, No more moaning about things.
-130hours+ per month, this is important.
-Daily Online grind, no matter how many hands, point is to get into habit.
-Daily Study, at least one hand analysis.
-Grow my Vlog and get more comfortable Vlogging in Public.
-Keep learning Video Editing

Re: *Award* Laziest Full time Player in 2016----Lets Change that!!

Just finished my first proper week of London grind. Card Distribution has been super annoying this past 3 weeks, there is literally not entirely too much to do on the table when all I picked up was the bottom 30% of hands to start with, and/or the bottom part of your 3bet range.

On the Plus side tho, it makes me play almost perfectly Can't make mistake when it's as clear fold as it gets.

I won't bore you with too much detail. But lets hope that it will even out and at least let me play some hands

I feel that London games are really different from Bham games in the sense that people are a lot tighter post. Maybe it's a sample size problem, but so far, I havent' got called down by some rofl hand as much as i have in Bham. and people generally show up with nuts when money goes in. Great when you have a good barrelling strategy and just hope you don't run into Peak of range all the time.

Anyway, HH time Not that many.

This was the biggest pot i played in 2/5 this week, and I think it's fairly standard on my side, but a bit weird on the other side.

Fun tightish player limp MP, reg iso to 25 on HJ, I 3bet to 80 with A4, Reg peeled and we are HU, we are effectively £1.3k deep.

Flop AA4hhc, we cbet 65 and Reg xc.

Turn Kc, I bet 240 and we got Piled the rest. GRRRRRIM but called off anyway.

During the hand, I called off quickly just because we are at the peak of range and folding is massively exploitable, but if we think long and hard about it. It's not as clean cut as it seems. The reg is neither clicky non ******ed. So surely he's never piling 44, that leaves KK which he almost never have given the 3bet peel, so we could discount loads if not all of the combos, that leaves AK, and there is only really 1 combo of AK that he should be peeling AKss, and I know some like to Peel AKo as well for Pot control and Dont' want to play OOP in a hugely bloated pot but also don't want to fold pre, those are usually bad reg which I didn't think he is. So it's really hard to have AK at this spot from the above reasons.

The whole turn X/J just makes literally no sense because we have range advantage and I personally think it's a really bad jam, but hey, when you know you know, I was shown AK. Great, i just got in a bag more drawing dead.

Overall, I am very happy with the way I played this week, and the hours I put in has been consistent, I am really enjoying my grinding atm, and even while I am not in the hand, I still think about how my range interact with board and what my appropiate action would be if i were in the hand, etc. It keeps me occupied and my brain from dozing off.

The bad side is, I didnt' get to play any online or do any analysis for the hands because I dont' have my computer with me or a reliable internet. It's annoying but not much i could do about that.

I really want to learn how to use PIOsolver, so if anyone has any good tutorial video for it. I would really appreciate it.

+Moved to London and had my first week of full time grind.
+Played really solid and never spaz out despite me being card dead and bored at times.
+Consistent hours
+Did not tilt after losing a very stupid 2.6k pot (That's big for £1/2 main like me.)

-Haven't touched online for 7+days now.
-Haven't done any analysis at all.
-Sleep pattern official and royally screwed upside down.
-Didn't get much footage for Vlog at all. Just in and out of casino and grind all the time

PS: I want to thank my friend to show me around and grind around with me. Wouldn't know how to get home if it weren't for him. And most important of all, know what and when to say things, sometimes the best comforting is not to say anything and this guy knows it

I would flat pre with A4 to keep in the fish... His jam is terrible as you are gonna be tripling so much on that run out, but you have to call as he will show you JThh sometimes.

I don't think you need to worry about Pio just yet
