So, I've been playing poker for a few years on and off. Now I'm going to challenge myself to building my tiny bankroll of $13.51 on 888 into something more substantial. I'll be either sink to the bottom like lead or float (No pun intended).

Okay, I'm obviously not even rolled for 2NL, but that's where I'm starting.

I'm going to use aggressive BRM of 10 BI. Once I hit $50 (If I do), I'll take a 3 BI shot at 5NL, If I lose the 3, I'll drop back down to 2NL and rebuild and so on. If I reach 10NL, I'll probably use a more passive strategy.

Initially, I'm going 2 table Snap (Zoom) 6-max on 888.

Goals:

1. Play at least 1.5k hands a day.
2. Post on this thread at a minimum of once every couple of days, don't think I have the time to post daily.
3. Post 2 hands on the uNL thread after every session.
4. Study for at least an hour a day.

Bonus Goal

Reach 1k BR.

Notes

So, overall a good session. Up around $7 but for some reason HM2 isn't showing my full winnings.

Initial 1k hands went smoothly, after a short break I lost concentration and playing a little spewy and throwing away money in small pots. Something to work on next session - take a longer break and don't loosen up.

Played 2k hands this session and so it's time to study.

Quick update - so frustrated with myself.

After doing some studying, I thought to myself I’ll play a quick late night session.

Well, bad idea. Spewed off 2 BI so bankroll stands somewhere around $16.

Something I need to work on is my mental game and knowing when enough for the day is enough.

Tomorrow, I go again and try to rebuild back up again.

Note to self - Enough is enough! Stop playing late night sessions.
