Goodluck bro! This is going to be a good thread for all of us to learn from. Looks like your crushing it early on, good one!

The standard is terrible. Shove/Fold with decent hand ranges and position play is all you need to do in order to win these.

It is so easy to make easy $$ from these. I had to move down after withdrawing and I'm running -$17 ev at 50c games and still up $20+.

GL bud might see you at some tables

I will jump in all available MTTs that I think are playable and then load sngs untill I have ~18 tables (12 on main monitor, 6 on laptop screen, slight overlapping of tables)(highly recommend tiling over stacking). Havent decided on a proper schedule yet, but have been registering for approx 6 hours a day.

Yeah that's pretty cool. I usually struggle with volume - trying to get in "enough" volume but then eventually have too many tables running to play optimally!

Assuming you have the time to play them, the $1 180s are the micro-stakes nuts!

Are you mainly favouring normal or turbo mttsngs?

Why? It seems like such a pointless thing to tile 12+ tables. You put a ton more strain on your eyes and tire yourself much faster. Not to mention all the extra hand movement.

The only advantage tiling has is that you can follow the action and get reads, but when we're mass tabling that really doesn't apply, since we're taking a new decision every second or so and don't have time to follow other tables even if we wanted to.

IMO only if you're playing 8 tables or less.

Developing reads and following action should be extremely high on the priority list in terms of maximizing profit.

I can manage ~20 tables while taking notes/watching replays and following action on pretty much all of the hands im involved in (sometimes theres a wtf how did i get to this river kind of moment, but im sure that happens to everybody who is playing a decent amount at once)

If you are having trouble doing so, start at a lower amount of tables imo. 12 tabling tiled and paying attention has to show a much better return than being a zombie and 20 tabling stacked.

yes the $1 180s are great! havent had a score in them yet but making runs.

$1 90 man turbos and $1.50 18 man turbos are my preferred turbo variation at the moment.

Also in response to tiling vs stacked: There are some very successful players who grind a low ROI at mid/highstakes while mass tabling (i assume stacked). There isn't really a wrong or right way to do it, and at the end of the day personal preference/comfort should be the deciding factor.

week 2 day 2

made good progress today. Ended up the day with 2x $15 scores in small stake time tournaments aswell as winning a $1 250 cap MTT for $50. Grinded SNGs throughout and did alright im pretty sure.

Had some good chats with the players at the final table, and they said they may follow the thread. p0werlady if you read this, you play well but were too willing to fold strong hands to my 3bets (also its a valuable tip to not show cards when you don't need to, especially to a player who you know is thinking). Your cbet game needs some work also. in heads up pots in position you should be cbetting dry boards with almost all of your air range, and if you do decide to check back (dry board, heads up pot) and get checked to again, a delayed cbet will almost always show profit. Hope you get to read this and maybe it will help some others out there too.

Tomorrow I will probably increase my MTT ABI slightly and continue to grind out lowstake SNGs.

bankrolls:
usd: $101.57
fpps: 175
