To be honest, this was not the month I was hoping for. My poker volume was absolutely abysmal. There were contributing factors outside of my lack of effort though. I would say the main reasons I did not put in half as much volume as I would like are:
1. University
2. DFS
3. Lack of effort
4. Lobby changes
As I have already stressed, University is my #1 priority and I am fine with how things went for the most part. Although, finals are quickly approaching and I will be on that grind big time. I believe I have all 4 within 5 days, so if I cannot get them spaced out a tad, there will be no time for poker or dfs for that matter.
There were definitely times when I could have stayed home and grinded poker, but chose to blow off some steam and go out with friends and maintain a social life. For example, this past weekend I went on a moderate 3 day bender and had footy twice as well. I didn't even log onto any poker sites.
Firstly, FTP where I have been playing for some time implemented new Lobbies where you are randomly matched up with opponents depending on when people decide to register. This is pretty ****. I did look into some alternative sites and will most likely add them to my volume if not leave FTP altogether. Apparently, Stars will be undergoing the same Lobby transition, but they are sinking anyways with all these new "money grabs". I don't want to focus too much on these negatives though. I actually find it funny when people say there's no money left in poker, because I clearly see many people in PG&C printing. Anyways, with that said, might as well update everyone on how the month unfolded.
✫ 10$ Hypers ✫
I will always feel comfortable playing these stakes and adding them in when I feel like playing lower stakes or want to ease into a session. Although, when I was playing this month, I did try to play more 25s to maximize my hourly and improve more.

This is where the majority of my reg battles occur, especially with this new lobby system in place. I must have played a solid amount vs regs only, which is not ideal, but part of the grind. So far, I have yet to play an opponent who I thought was unbeatable or had my number so to speak. Although, some regs are more concerned with simply achieving volume, regardless of who they play. This is where the battle for the lobbies has come into play essentially. Not very happy with my results, but content with how I played for the most part. Still a lot of improvement to be had.

Just an overall graph combining 10s and 25s for the month.

Did not play too many of these and for the most part, didn't win flips or hold when I needed to. That is fine though because of the puny sample size and overall I am doing well since my challenge began. Basically just posting the graph for the sake of consistency in monthly updates.

Not happy with how the month went and I have already expressed the reasons why. All that I can do is move on to December with a positive outlook and mentality. I hope to finish strong in terms of finals and put in a solid grind poker wise when the exams are over. In case anyone was wondering, I treated this past month as a learning curve in terms of DFS even though I said that about October. I did decently well, definitely learned a ton and will have profited enough to intrigue my interest going further. Perhaps in the future I will update this thread with DFS updates as well.
