so this was my first complete month after starting my challenge. played very solid and everyting wokred out fine. i reached my goal to make 6k this month. next monthy i try to win 8k.

not much to say this week, barely played, had to organize alot of off table stuff and finally set all up. then catched a cold again we passes me out alot of hours a day and i can only work a fiew hours concentrated infront of pc. had 2 short session this week and i think im down like 600€ or something.

so getting healthy and get back to attack.

hi guys,

today is a big reset for mine. after suffering long cold and working and didnt really get **** done. so my off table work was not done proper. i was feeling very demotivated and it felt like everything was slipping thourgh my fingers.

just some hours ago i had a little talk with my coach, and the funny thing is he also recognized what im mentioned aboved. so he decided that the main focus for now is learning how to ORGANIZE myself. for this playing will be at the end of all things i have to do daily, because we both agreed with, that if your head isnt fine and your stressed, it also has an big influence on your game. that means for me i will plan now every week from monday to sunday exatly what i will do and stick to it. so just a few minutes ago i finished to plan my week toghether with my wife and i truely have to say it was not that easy. there are alot of factors to think about like catching up kid from kindergarten, birthdays, diffrent appointments and so on and so on. already when i planned my week i recognized that how the heel should i get through the week without structuring myself!

i mean in relaxed times you can do it, but in general i dont have relaxed weeks, and thats probably the reason everything didnt went out as it should latley.



i think when i can master this, i pluged my biggest leak in life. :-)

not much to say, its second day after reset, yesterday made 400- and played not good. after rewatching my hands i could answer all the mistakes i played by myself. its making me kina angry that i played like this because i know better, so theres no excuse for it and i can only blame myself for the loss.

my organization works out great so far even its only day 2 after restart, but i feel i get my **** done. next step is to get my head clean and win back my confidence. therefore i will stop playing nl200 for some days, till i could book some winnings on my site and feel better.

survived nikolaus day. the day after we went to my sisters house. here housband is kinda PC expert, so i used this chanced to take my PC with me cleaned it up and insalled some new coolers. was already about time. my i7 2600 had in single thread modus around 78 degrees :lol: . so like 1 long poker session more and my pc would have crushed.

not much too say im running very very bad + playing like my C-game is minimal profit the last sessions. sp 200 euro + for playing 20 hours is not very good, but its getting better and better for every hour i play.

as you know i struggeled the last weeks, so it was very nice to hit a day like you see below. was the first day since weeks i had a free head and could focuse on game 100%.

hope i can continue so on this week.

so the last week i didnt learn new stuff, i just went through the old theory and learned the standard lines again. it helped me alot to built up my game again from the basics.

finally its getting better again, even if i run very bad the last days on nl200. today luck was on my site so i could book some winnings on my site.

only new so far i switched from HM2 to PT4. Holdemmanager caused latley massive issues and i couldnt exactly figure out why. When played long session HM was so slow that i couldnt use it anymore. Probably its because im playing now on alot of sites. I setted up PT4 today. its a bit weired to get used to it, because everything is diffrent, but the greatest thing is PT4 is so fast, no matter how many tables or sites or how lon gPC has been running. so im pretty glad that i switched.



My poker is going like break even the last days. im playing kinda B-game and still be on my downswing.

I don't buy this anymore. On every page of every poker community like 2+2, PokerStrategy, Pokerworld24 and so on there is a Gordon marketing thread. This is such a nonsense.. "how to make 10k a month every body can do that". And ofc all these ppl have like 30 posts or just registered

im doing better and better latley. worked hard again on the basics and only played nl50 and nl100 again too feel confident again soon.

i had a very good day today, with just playing very concentrated and focused on standard lines, not trying to adjust too much and it worked out great as you can see below.

hopefully the downswings ends here. played over 40k hands now break even so it was nice to book some winnings on my sited.

since today im back at nl200, still playing good, january is going well so far but couldnt put in as much volume as i wanted to, but this and next week im very confident i can grind alot. i will also try to improve my game in some how. lets see what my coach will tell me to do.

my month so far is going well, in the last days i could put in the volume as i planned. so i try to keep this for the rest of the month also.

first sessions on nl200 was a downswing as you can see in the graph below. it took some time to get used to the swings again, but i did a nice comebach and now feeling comfortable at nl200.
