only read the 1st post, but if youre struggling with low power cooling try looking into an "evaporative cooler" or "swamp cooler". Basically just an ice box with a fan attached that blows cool air from the ice/water, but the the one's built for this purpose are designed really well and basically feel like air conditioning up close.
