Hey guys !!!

Haven't posted here for some time (life issues, had no bankroll left and other stuff).
I started my first thread in Jan2014...

Maybe some of you remember it...
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/17...maybe-1407934/

This one didn't go as i expected it to go or wanted it to go to be honest!!

I played for my standards a lot of hours( i have a regular job) aiming to reach NL100z in 6months...which i believe is doable

I ll give it a shot one more time trying this time not to put any "deadlines" or specific monetary goals

My only goal will be to put good volume(50-60k hands/month)and try to post many hand histories in order to improve

My graph for September

Bankroll:550

Hoping for this thread to could be a good poker ''Journal" to track my progress

        Today s Session

Played good i think almost 2.5k hands ,fortunately did not tilt at the tables even though i had a lot of hands like this where i had to fold overpairs...
Not sure if sometimes were the best folds but most of the time i think i m beat here.

Also i have some more badly played hands for smaller pots and all that in that in just two sessions!!!
Those hands are almost 4-5buyins of spew are plays that decrease winrate so much more

Finished the day up in the green at least

Will try to play about 2k hands later in the day

Something that i really didn't have in my mental approach is to stop playing when running bad and playing more when running good.

Today s session is good opportunity to start doing that.I reached the goal of the amount of hands that i wanted to play so i m fine with that but i was running like sh&t pre and post flop!!

I seem to do the opposite and play for hours when i m stuck even just one bi to
                    cover the loses

So i will call it a day review some hands and will see you tomorrow at the tables

Hey, good to see you back. A lot of the stuff you're doing seems incredibly spewy to me; perhaps you should work on which parts of your range you make certain plays with.

I totally agree it's almost always big overpair / set. But why in that moment did you call? Tilt?

                    #7 Hand
Preflop is fine. You said you didn't like your river call. But I think main mistake in that hand was in the Flop.
Flop came super dry. Why would you bet that flop?

                    #8 Hand
I like flop play. But turn?!
"here I tried to represent flush.." - now think for a moment... Would you really go all-in if you truly had a flush?

Same question goes to hand #5 would you really shove there if you had, let's say, QQ+?

                    #9 Hand
IMO, flop is fine, but turn doesn't make any sense to me. Because it's pure brick.. It doesn't improve your hand or villains hand.
So the question is why would you double barrel that?

Hey nice to have you here also man.Being watching your thread happy to see you going up in stakes!!

It does look spewy only to you,its spewy to me also i just have to stop tilting when im down a few bis,my winrate suffers from my mental disorders!!!
So does it really matter with which parts of my range i m 5bet bluffing when the only thought process in my head at the time is "F c k you mtherfcker i m all in with sh#t hand i 3beted you in the first place" hahaha...
At least i could have done it with A2-A5s where i have the Ablocker and not KQs

I know i can play good and solid when i m not tilting but...some times just cant help it

i almost always bet that flop as a standard play i get calls from hands that are dominated(AJ,A10etc) you even get calls from lower pairs like JJ 10 sometimes, zoom is this bad yes at NL10.i believe my mistake here is turn and river...I think i should c/c turn to c/f river...My thought might be wrong

In this hand i actually like my double barreling as he is not showing much strength by just calling a wet flop with fd and str draws out there...He should be folding most of the time some wick 10s by the turn which he didnt...and even if he calls i could vbet my Q or K on the river IF i hit...with a small vbet
I posted it as an example and a reminder of what NOT to do on the river when you missed!!

Shi t ...said i wouldn't play long sessions yesterday when running bad or playing bad!!
Well you can imagine what my yesterday's sessions went like...6500hands of Super spewy play,i studied the hands afterwards and after a short analysis where i didn't include the questionable hands only the spew ones I donated to my NL10zoom friends about 75dollars...Yes that s right 7.5 bi's where the whole devastating result is in it's complete picture this one exactly

Feeling super pumped to turn things around...
NOT giving up here if necessary i will move down to NL5 if have under 30bi's for any zoom limit
                    My current bankroll is 230s

U will make your path easier if you do it from reg tables rather than zoom. Imo try not to overdoing it and repping things in order to achieve folds(especially if your not knowing a lot from your opponent tendencies and how to use your range optimally inc. Boards etc ) .. Focus your decisions in the most simplistic way..happy crushing!

Seems you suffer from the same spewy tilt plays as me. There something about zoom that causes me to spazz. On reg tables, i almost never do this- probably cause the action is slower and i tend to think more rather than btn click.

GL OP! And if you find away to stop ur self spazzing pls let me know!

I have a thing about zoom games...i think they are beatable by my game in the stakes i play...but as it turns out every time i try to get serious about it i proove myself that i am a tiltmonkey and suffer a lot when i m running into "bad" variance. This evening had another bad session of another 7bi's distraction...Will stop now and see what can i do about that

Thought about giving a shot on reg tables...but i m not good at table selection and i just love how easy it is to just sit and start playing at zoom games

                    Hey guys

I m gonna post my graph for November...not looking so good i ve made some terribad plays and calls.

I have done some work on my database and have search where are the biggest mistakes i make.
3bet pots is definetely a big leak in my game...I cant fold overpairs as much as i should and also i keep making some plays, bluffs on players that i shouldnt be 3betting in the first place without a value hand

I also seem to try a lot to implement a style of play(lag) that is not in my capabilities,at least not yet..i always look at my hud and try to "hunt" stats instead of looking for what hands i should be opening in the first place

So my goals for next month

                    1)At least 50k hands

2)Try not to hunt my stats and instead play more solid tag poker

3)Post hands where i have doubts here

4)And ofc try much more not to tilt...this a goal for every upcoming month

Played some regular tables, run like s#&t over there too...Gone back to my zoom games but nothing was going right all day long

                    Hand 1
Is this bad play for u or not?once he donks the flop i cant put him on a set on such a dry board...the only hand i can think of that i loose by the river is 43 maybe...Any opinions,is this just a call on the river??

Very happy with the way i played today, a lot less light calls and no tilting whatsoever

Do you agree with calling this hand oop?...he's 3bet range from the button is pretty wide and i could have taken the hand down with a small 4bet...As for postflop i believe the rest of the hand is pretty bad by me

December wasn't so nice for me...

As it is clear to see on my graph i got tilted one more time again and tried my luck like a gamber on NL100z with 90dollars left in my account after just one bad session on NL10z and NL25z!!!

Dealing with bad beats and coolers, bad sessions is something that i just cant seem to handle well
I keep and keep on playing until i break even...and ofc that aint happening if you are playing bad and -ev

So 2014 is over and poker wise i consider it for me a FAIL.

I am not giving up though

Deposited 180euros which i believe it was about 230dollars...

Now i have just about 300 which is going to be my starting bankroll for 2015

Hoping to control my bad self and try to improve

                              Goals for 2015

1)Play at least 2K hands 5 times a week not more than 3tabling NL10z(this is about 40-50k hands per month)

2)Try to first beat NL10z and then move steadily through stakes beating one limit at the time...I consider to beat a limit with a least a 100K sample of hands and at least 3bb/100

3)Read more books, review hands on HM2 after session and post here for help

4)Try to improve my mental issues and tilt management

5)Stop checking my results on HM every 2seconds...I m going to check my cashier every week just for bankroll issues or if i ever try to tilt my way to NL100
