From 7s to high stakes with Smart Spin!

Hello guyz,
I have already made one topic on 2+2. I shared there my whole background story, my poker experience and also some results from my last cash games. The final results on the cashes was going from 100$ to 1400$ and also beating NL5 to NL16 in only 1 month of active playing, I was 12-15tabling on cashes. So lets go back to my last post on the old thread. It is beginning of the march, I started to think what to do to improve my cash game skills. I knew that I am pretty good regular, but I also knew that I need to start learning much more to improve and go higher. Poker was my only hobby and passion in this time, when I am far away from home (I came to England from Poland like 5 moths ago, more info in old thread). So I thought that I have to find the people who will take care of me. Also PokerStars has frozen my account for like 2 weeks, because I had to transfer my account to PokerStars.UK and prove my addres, so I had a lot of time to think about my poker career. First idea was the SmartBacking, I messaged them, they approved my candidature and I was so close to sign the deal. Then I started to think about whole this thing, mostly about the cash format, I loved tournaments, I really liked the spins and I just didn't know if I want to sign the deal to play cashes for propably few more years.
Then I have just made very spontaneous decision: SMART SPIN! I needed just 3 days to make the 1000 7$ games sample on Spin & Go for Smart Spin. I have made about 60-65cev+/game in those games. They approved me and in about little more then 2 weeks of active play I have got the promotion to the 15$ stakes. Btw. Like a week ago I have lost my first 100x in my life

I like my results, I have increased my cev/game for about 15 chips just by learning some charts, so yeah, I have to agree that SS is a good place to find your leaks. In first moment some plays from the charts looked crazy for me, but after some time I just see them so obviously profitable that I can't believe I could play them in a different way. I am pretty satisfied about my 77cev+/game, but I had some bad days, also I still feel like I should learn more, 85cev++/game was completely easy to get to be honest.
NOW THE GOALS:
- The first and only goal for poker I see right now is reaching the 30$ stakes, I am going to see my family in Poland at 19 may. That would be great if I would reach those stakes before, but I know it might be hard, because I don't even know the field. But I feel like nothing is impossible for me.
- Healthy lifestyle. I started to hit the gym, the next thing is starting to control my sleeping time. Sometimes I am going to sleep at even 10 AM, I am just going back from work at 5 AM and I am just watching some stupid things on the internet for hours, LETS SAY NO TO PROCRASTINATION. Also I should have cook more and eat more healthy.
- The main goal: Start being professional at 2019. Go back to Poland with good enough money to finally FEEL ALIVE :>

Hello guyz, sorry for not posting anything in long time, but I will say what was the reason later.
I had huge mindset problems in April, when I just got promoted to 15s. That was the moment when I thought that I have to stop play on default hud and use SmartSpin HUD. And those times were just terrible for me. I was playing 4 tables on 7s with simple hud and after I started to play on SS HUD I couldn't handle 2 tables because everything was distracting me, that also effected on my cev/game. I was so hyped on start and then I felt that I don't understand this game anymore, first time since very very long time. That's the graph from april:
As you can see, that wasn't even breakeven result, my mindset at this point just died. Anyway I thought like: screw everything, I am going back to my simple hud.
And that's what happened in may, mostly on simple hud:
But anyway I was talking for the long time with people from SS team about my situation, one of the members invited me to his learning group and he told me straight away that is impossible to train me if I won't start to use the SS hud and if I won't do it there is no reason to train together and I should leave. That was the moment I thought that I should hide my ego (which is pretty big if we talk about poker to be honest
) and I should try hud once again. Played some very good sessions on hud, about last 200-300 games are on SS HUD, still can't play more then 2 tables, I am doing much much less volume per day right now, but I am feeling more comfortable with my game every next day.
Still have huge problems with sleeping, if I will handle that, plus I will have good daily routine, I feel like thats only matter of time that I will be at much higher stakes.

In last week I had the worst session ever, -250$ ev in just 50 games, I had some problems in private life and I was in extremelly bad mood, shouldn't play, but I did, anyway I am very happy from my results, but it could be much, much better. I am in 2/3 of the road to 30s, so if nothing bad happens I am pretty sure I will do it in this month. I am also very proud of myself because I started to learn much more and playing on the Smart Sping HUD is awesome for me right now, to be honest I can't imagine to come back to the standard hud. Also I am planning to just show you the ev graph, variance on the spins is huge and I lost every bigger multiplier possible. Anyway I am getting paid from ev, thats my deal with SS, so I guess that is the most important thing for everyone.
I started to take magnesium, vitamine D and melatonin to go sleep faster. I don't know if all of those have so much influance on me, but I am feeling like 10 times better right now, I am not feeling tired, depressed and I am much more focused on my game, even if I mix 3 tables right now. The funny thing is that I didn't handle to go sleep faster, I started to go sleep even later and the worst thing is that it just works too good. Last week I was going to sleep about 8-9 am and I was waking up about 5-6 PM. Normally I was feeling very tired if I did it, now I feel like the quality of my sleep is on point. Anyway I bought a kindle, which will arrive today, I am planning to just take melatonin, start reading when I go back from the work, wake up about noon and mix sessions afternoon and in the night. Also I hope I am going to handle the gym right now, we will see!
Hope you are also doing good, my topic on cashes was more hot I guess, but I will appreciate every feedback, see you on the tables!
