Hello Two Plus Two community,

I am a member in the cfp program and Paul “Internet” Otto has been selected as my coach at BPC. I had heard of Internet for some years now and he was one of the few video makers that I actually followed the only other being Sauce123. We have had a great start and covered a lot and i’m very siked about this journey.

What makes me most excited about being involved is seeing the success of others that I know who have done this. They have not only had tremendous success but also give back to the community and I would like to do the same. I am particularly happy about HTG who I discussed with him his struggles at 50nl to now his struggles at 1knl. Also I am happy that I am going into the program with a number of my poker friends.

I want to start small and just get my feet wet, see where things go and come up with goals as my journey progresses. Anyway just wanted to get that out there and say that I appreciate the opportunity and am finally seeing a bright future ahead of me.

Last few days have been pretty brutal three days in a row stoploss.

On a good note I finally got my networks up and running and hopefully can do some table selecting and things can get smoother as I re-learn poker.

Got things pretty much nearly all set up now and I hopefully have much less setbacks stopping me from my grind. Yesterday I got new keyboard and mouse and my desktop if working great, the ssd makes a huge difference I recommend it to every player. I ended up getting the same mouse as eatyourpeas for £8.40 how much was yours £50? lol They rape you guys in the UK.

This is how the month of September went. Can do better!

On a small heater but nothing to get excited about. My bank accounts are all way in the red so I am really looking forward to a big month. I can't even pay my $35 phone bill coming. Really hoping for some financial security after cfp has completed I hate being broke grrr. I don't want to say I had an ah huh moment but things have been pretty steady four days now i'm up 30bi and played 24k hands 8tbl zoom. I feel much more comfortable postflop and I hope this is for real and not just run good.

4300 vpp to go till bonus which i'm really looking forward to. Will get back into some midstakes games once I get that, should have it by Sunday. Hit 1k twice in 3 days which i've never done before so just hope for not a lot of stoploss to follow. Once I get supernova I can finally relax a little and cruise with some solid table selection which i'm really looking forward to see how my improvements work out while having time to think.

one question I have, why does this thread have 5 stars?
Threads like viktors plo have deserved that, and they have "earned" their 5 stars over many many posts. Sry for posting this here again, but I just don't think this is fair to the whole PGC community. I hope you will make this thread a good one and earn your 5 stars. I had a few stoploss last week. I had a few more mistakes that were not intentional (I x/r 6x with tpnk by mistake then villain shoved). I’m not sure what it going on but last week i’m not reading the board or the action properly. I am concerned about but I can take those days to study at a slow pace and maybe I just need to not play and it is a good thing and my brain just needs a short break.

I will try to get back in a groove this week.

Bluffing:

One of my weakest areas is bluffing in poker. I am not able to identify spots very accurately and thus I am usually unsuccessful. I will not bluff river for the rest of the week and after that not bluff river unless it is a spot I already discussed with my coach because I have a bad track record bluffing. I bluffed 5x today and lost 1bi in doing so.

Stoploss #9

First week started off with a bang but since then things have gone to ****. I don’t really have an answer to this. I will make some changes in game selection but will not change my play unless told to.

Last week I had very poor results and for most of the week I really started to doubt this process but after hitting stoploss 4 or 5 times this week it gave me the time to study a lot since if I can’t play I have to study. I spoke with Internet and we will increase my stoploss and focus more on strong poker over wins and losses. I did a lot of off table work that I hope will pay off. I can’t control results only my decisions so I hope that my decisions have improved slightly. I am optimistic at the end game but I would like to start crushing sooner rather than later. I started looking at a bunch of others who have done cfp and many of them had points where they really struggled before they really started crushing so I just got to be patient. I am a couple days away from another good size rb bonus so that will feel good once I get that.

Yeah I don't think it is a great site especially fast fold. Table selecting can be ok though if you include it with other networks.

October was not good at the tables but rb really helped a lot. The other cfp members have been great at supporting each other and i’m pretty happy to be a member. For November I just want to continue to use what i’ve learned and see where it goes.
