Live 2/5 and 5/10 player. I will be playing about 3 times a week which for me is about 30 hours.

The challenge started yesterday. I played 4 hours and won $1232.

I am about $3300 behind pace so I will be adding a session or two a week until I catch up.

I played around 2-3 hours of HU vs a 'fun player'. I would only be up 1k if it weren't for him. I took 3k off him and said I was going to go. He asked me to stay another 2 hours and I agreed if he bought in for another 2k. I think he was one of those players that likes to lose. He was extremely tried and miserable the whole session but continued to rebuy for 1k. I'm not sure how much he lost but I wouldn't be surprised if it was 5 figures..

Good stuff. Personally, as someone who has played 99.9% 6max and only recently some live stuff, the idea of live HU seems fairly unpleasant to me, even if it's vs a drooler. Like yeah we should be printing money vs them but without ever having done much HU Strat stuff, I feel like even if I made good coin vs this guy, I'd be making so many mistakes still? Obv variance is way higher than I'd be used to as well - that coupled with the potential to easily make a ton of mistakes, makes the prospect fairly unappealing - even vs a whale!

It gets even sicker. I just had a deep cash in a tournament. My challenge would be completed if I include the tournament cash. The point of this challenge was to motivate me to play more hours so I will not include it.

Had a 5/10 session. It was the worst session I've ever had as far as spew. I was up 4k then i started drinking...... I ended the session down $2425 after 7.5 hours. Never again....
