Been awhile since an update
Cheers for the kind words above,
I had to scrap the South America plans, those pesky Mexi's couldnt help themselves, and I got credit card fraud, to make matters worse, I broke my phone the following day.
My Bank requested I return home and sign forms if I wanted to see the money again. I wasnt too upset with accepting this fate, given travelling SA with no phone and one debit card isnt a great idea.
Stopped off at Amsterdam for a few days on the way back, city Ive always wanted to visit, unfortunately no pics due to the lack of phone
Then it was back to the Emerald Isle, and its alot of fun, its here I am my most degen, my friends are as loose as they come, so drinking 3+ nights/week isnt out of the ordinary. Was also great to see some sights that I havent seen in years.
Royal Portrush: Magnificent track, due to hold the British Open in 2019,
Went against the advice of the thread, got the watch, but I love it
Managed to get in a few trips whilst I was back to normality, took a weekend break to Brussels, less exploring more degening with a friend. Then my good friend 'The Force', gave me a free accom offer I couldnt refuse at EPT Monte Carlo, I didnt play any (live) poker, but was nice to check out a place Ive always been curious about.
View from the Hotel:
Things started settling at home, and with the hangovers/anti productive lifestyle beginning to take its toll, I decide to get back on the road again.
Flew to Berlin last week, at first I didnt like it as a city, but each day it began to grow on me, its a relatively confusing city to get about, there is no confirmed city centre, just large districts formed into one. As a result, each day I returned home assuming I had seen it all, only to discover a new area with almost a completely different feel to it.
Berlin Memorial:
From there I moved on to Vienna, was really excited about getting here(and perhaps left Berlin slightly early as a result) giving how well its rated in virtually every city ranking list available.
Im kind of disappointed, Ill admit the architecture is superb, and its very clean, but it appears to be somewhat bland, many parts of Berlin you could see the different personalities, not only with the people, but each new environment, the contrast here is that there just doesnt seem to be much going on once you get past the buildings. Granted ive been here for 5 days, so my initial opinions could be way off obv.
My typical day is pretty busy, I wake around 8am, go exploring/eating to 5pm, grind 7-12, rinse, repeat.
Going to Bratislava tomorrow, and Budapest later in the week, Ive no idea where to head after that, so if some(any)one is reading this, some advice would be appreciated.
Poker
Meh its been going ok, ive been running super hot situationally recently, which has keep my results above par, but I just dont have the time or the drive to compete with the regulars who are putting in more work/are just better than me at poker right now, been grinding PLO/MTTs, im pretty awful at both atm.

*One last thing, Ive got myself an instagram account, after a discussion/bet with a friend, if you could follow me Ross McConnell@clickitback, it would be much appreciated, the account is mainly just me trolling him.
